I wonder if after any point if Heather thought / wondered /feared the kids were on her property ? Also why was Tammy so passive /oblivious to things Chad was doing right in front of her face with other women ? I know it can be common for people in their faith to practice polygamy… is that what Tammy thought was going on or about to go on? In court the person with the school district testified she blocked and deleted Charles Vallow when he emailed her about Lori and Chad. Makes you wonder.

I am from Springville and went to High School with Heather but was a year younger. She probably doesn’t remember me but she was a TA in one of my classes and I just remember looking up to her like she was a very strong independent person-even back then. I really look up to her now going through all of this and through her experiences in the church. I have gone through somewhat similar situations over the past 10 years with the church (because of my now-ex husband’s multiple affairs and how the church leaders treated me and my children through all of that. I recently left the church because I realized the amount of harm it was doing to continually just tell us that we needed to just forgive horrific things. My heart bleeds for Tammy too because I realize she was also living a life where her husband was not who he claimed to be and so, so many lies were told to her.
Heather’s tattoo that symbolizes that she won’t bow down and say yes to the church anymore speaks volumes to me.
I just wanted to let Heather know that she and Matt are definitely people to look up too.

If you read a real Bible (not the edited LDS kind), you'll see that, while you should make every effort to work things out with a spouse, if they keep committing adultery, you are more than justified in leaving. I'm a Christian, and it kills me that people who get involved with organizations like the LDS church probably think that they represent Jesus/God. Please dig deeper, buy a modern translation of the Bible, and read about what Jesus said. (I recommend the NIV. It's translated directly from ancient manuscripts but it's readable, unlike the KJV.)

@@lulajoemom98Chad moved nearby after the owners of his dream land told him NO (and rightfully so)!
He was convinced he would have that land. That's why he moved nearby.
He lied and told people Heather and Matt welcomed his plan and were happy about it.
He asked other people to invest their money:
David was asked to buy land,
Another family was asked to bond their home for a serial liar and evader.

    • @glamdolly30
      @glamdolly30 24 дня назад

@@eliza-uh1sk Sadly this is what typically happens within patriarchal families, and patriarchal organised religions like the Latter Day Saints, in which females are low status.
Tammy was Chad's wife, but she was not regarded by him as his equal. Chad's toxic marriage followed the same pattern as his own parents'. As Heather recalled, his mother Sheila was treated very badly by her husband Jack and four sons. She did all the household chores single-handed, and was disrespected and frequently mocked by her male family about perceived flaws like her weight.
As well as giving Chad five children, for many years Tammy was sole breadwinner, working hard to keep a roof over their heads and pay all the bills. Tammy's efforts allowed Chad to swan around on a giant ego-trip, posing as a prophet and (self-published) author at various religious conferences. I believe he cheated on Tammy with Julie Rowe. And in late 2018 at one such conference, he met Lori Vallow - also married to a faithful, devoted spouse, Charles Vallow, who fully financially supported her.
When Chad moved his family to Rexburg to Heather and Matt's dismay (expressly against their stated wishes, he bought a home very close to theirs), he rapidly muscled in on their LDS church. He was an immediate hit - both the congregation and church leaders loved him and his fanciful, 'End of Days' teachings and claims of visions/visitations - which were far from recognised, LDS doctrines.
In typical narcissistic abuser style, Chad set about poisoning church members against Heather, who had held a senior position at that church for many years, and was hitherto popular and highly respected. Chad's male arrogance, entitlement and assumed superiority was wholeheartedly backed by the LDS Church, Rexburg, over the woman who had served them faithfully for years.
When Tammy died in sudden, suspicious circumstances aged 49, there was no autopsy, and Chad re-married within two weeks, many people suspected him of murder. Tammy's colleagues at the school where she worked were among those who reported such suspicions to police.
Chad told church members Heather was behind a malicious police investigation into his wife's death. Heather recalled Chad's children believed his baloney, and the LDS congregation split into 'Team Chad' and 'Team Heather' groups, with many backing him and indignantly protesting his innocence.
When the bound and duct-taped, mutilated, burned and dismembered bodies of his new wife Lori's two children were recovered by police from his back yard, Chad's groupies had to think again!
In her longer interviews for this channel, Heather has spoken about her mistreatment by the LDS church, and the fact none of its members has ever apologised to her for backing murder defendant Chad Daybell over her. As a woman, they were only too willing to throw her to the wolves, while enthusiastically supporting misogynist phoney prophet Chad, a newcomer to their congregation.
No wonder she has left the LDS - I hope other women hear this story and abandon it too. By all accounts it is not a healthy or respectful environment for females.

Heather, I’m not a very articulate woman, it’s why I don’t make comments very often. However I just want you to know that there are people in this world who admire your strength, insight and wisdom. Thank you for sticking to your beliefs. You are renewing my faith in the human spirit. With all that’s wrong in this world, you are a shining light.

Yes, delusional and highly dangerous. I suspect we don't know the half of Chad Daybell's unpunished crimes over the years. That man would always end up dying in a prison cell, he is the living embodiment of the phrase 'The banality of evil'.

It has been 34 years since the murder death of my eldest son. It never goes away. And I have gotten great support from a Grief Share group, recently. Therapy, acupuncture for Complex PTSD, and had to revisit the stages of grief from my youngest sons suicide from Hormone therapy to transition. The trauma never ends. I am grateful Im still able to function, not as well as I once was able. But grateful I still believe in Jesus.

Heather you are truly an inspiration. I experienced an incident that reminded me of how Chad and Julie wounded Tammy that day on your property. I was seven months pregnant and in serious pain. I needed to go to the ER. My husband took me but made me sit in the back seat so his girlfriend didn’t see us together. I was too emotionally beat down and physically sick to demand my place in the front seat. If I could go back and relive that moment I would call for an ambulance and flipped him off as they put me in the back. Sitting there in the back of our car on the way to the hospital was the most degrading feeling and I am sure it’s exactly how Tammy felt.

I think that eagle was Tammy. Some people (like me) believe that seeing an eagle after a loved one has passed away could be a sign from the deceased person. Eagles can symbolize growth, rebirth, and transformation, and seeing one after a death could represent the soul's journey from the physical to the spiritual realm. They can also be a reminder of the deceased person's strength and resilience.
That muskrat she was eating symbolizes Chad 😁

I love that! In this life she loved and cared for cute duckies. The next life she is a bald eagle flying free, the symbol of the country she lived in. Yes, the muskrat symbolizes her abusive spouse and what lies waiting for him when he has to face her in the next life. 😊 amazing to see, within a couple miles of where Tammy and Chad lived.
