Definitely do the CF on the skirts and diffuser. I'm usually a huge fan of CF/black roofs but I think the body color serves this one better. Either way, looks great so far
I would leave it as it is !
The color already looks nice and you can already see the shimmer. Great job. I think the carbon look looks very nice on this model.
CF definitely.
Nice work Tom, very nice colour choice. Well done and looking forward for the next update 👍🏼
Nice
CF in satin, consider hood also! 🤙🏼
That metallic looks very good. Very fine metallic. Definitely on the roof and on the side skirts with Carbon fiber. I think then the car gets a more sporty touch. Can't wait for the result. Enjoy the build ;)
Love the colour
Definitely add the carbon fibre, adds a nice contrast to the yellow
That looks awesome!! Maybe a bit of CF to set it off? I don’t know I love that color, maybe not the roof but the skirts and diffuser would be really sweet. Nice work on this so far.
Leave as it is if u must gun metal. Beautiful paint job
Satin finish for some accent work would look great against the pop of that gloss bodywork
Carbon Fiber, Like the color.
I say yes to the carbon fiber, it will look very nice and is I think a good combo with the body color 👌🏼
You seem to have great tool for the paneliners. I just started and I'm very clumsy. I tend to get off track and get a new scratch. Maybe I shoulnd use the exalto.
Absolutely add the satin carbon.
That bright color needs some dark accents
Carbon fiber would look amazing!
Would like to see the painted body in Natural sun light 🧐
20 to 40 hours depending on the kit and level of detail
@@TheScalemodelingChannel ah ouais,ok . merci de ta reponse et a tres bientot.
DEFINITELY carbon fibre; it’s an Aston Martin - where you choose to put it is completely up to you, but i reckon CF will look 10 times better than straight black, whether it’s gloss, satin or matte.
My question is how do you cleanup what is left in the panel liners. I find it hard to get rid of the residue.
Sorry, what residue?
@@TheScalemodelingChannel I’m not using the blade. Probably it doesn’t leave anything plastic residue. I use a tracer pen and it leaves plastic residue in the panel lines because of the scraping.
@@chauffeurmarco try a tooth brush. Or get a propper scribing blade
@@TheScalemodelingChannel I want the same as yours but here in Canada they only sell the blade, not the pen. I’m waiting for an alternative one with the same blade but different tool shape.
@@chauffeurmarco try Mr.hobby or border Models. They have nearly the same panel line scribers just a little different. I also scribe in two different directions and not just from one side. I also use the edges of some sandpaper to clean up the small gaps and a tooth brush. Maybe that will help you. 😊
Yeah I think abit of carbon fibre would look really good
Does the website convert from euro to usd?
It does not, sorry
Isnt your accent American? Didnt really think about it until you said the Netherlands.
I’m dutch
