Grinding it into the flour is genius! I make an oatmeal deep conditioner but I will add banana, avocado, and pumpkin to mine. And you are sooooo correct about letting it cool down!
@@sheenamccarthy24 oh Ok, so just took the oats and ground the oats only. Ok, I think she needed to show that clip. Cause I saw oats then I saw powder. Ok so I am going to try it this weekend.
Ok so you lost me in the beginning. So I saw flour and I saw oats. Did you grind the oats and add to flour and then make this or did you add both flour and oats to the water?
I want to see the results and after you wash it out etc. You didn’t show us anything but how to MIX it. I guess thank you for explaining that part to us. This doesn’t show us -me anything
How can you post so many different hair growth treatments? which ones really work, you did coffee, now oats not to mention countless others. It's outrageous what you youtubers will resort to just to get a thumbs up. Quit lying to folks.
"Oatmeal works; it gives elasticity to the hair, making it break less, even with hair decolored. That’s what saved my hair. Coffee increases blood circulation, which helps blood reach your hair and nails more easily. It also blocks the hormone that causes hair to break. Castor oil works Rosemary oil works Mustard oil or mustard hair masks also work Rice water works Clove oil works Garlic oil works Aloe vera oil or aloe vera masks work Cinnamon oil works Olive oil works Amla oil works I used all these treatments for 1.5 years. For 30 years, my hair only grew to 15-18 cm. Now it’s at 35 cm. I did 1-month or 3-month challenges with different products."
All of them work actually. She is just giving you different options. The last one was a leave in tea she made while this one is a Deep Conditioner. You can actually use both of those together and get great results. Now I am sure she does different hair teas and different DC etc. Not everything is going to be for everyone so you take what you need and leave what you dont. You can be more consistant with what you do, but keep in mind you may need to switch it up from time to time based on what your hair is telling you it need. She just basically giving options and the benefits for all the products and DIY's you can use for your specific need.
