You have a mistake there, parallel-paired transistors must have balance resistors, if they are not there, one of the transistors will be overloaded - they are not made with exactly the same values. Nice day 🙂 Tom
Out put load is 30a ,for that you have to solder atleast 4 sq mm wire ,for loading 30a you have use common salt in plastic container,small motor consume less power.

Lm317 is only 1.5A, that's what 2x MJE2955 PNP Transistor do, They Bypass current directly from input, and output voltage only is maintained by lm317
