Working in HR and having interviewed many candidates for a variety of junior and senior positions- I however wouldn't advise asking "does the salary come with any perks or bonuses?". This communicates the wrong message to the employer and implies that you are solely motivated by the reward package - leave this to the negotiation stage if you get the call to say they want you to join. A more effective question to impress the interviewer would be something along the lines of "what challenges are present in the role / department?". Show interest in the role, not the money at this stage.
This is fantastic. I'm American -- and even with my years of expereince this was deeply helpful to me. I have a phone interview is about five minutes and the take away from this is definitely "have confidence in what you say and make concrete statements". Thanks!

I have been on over 5-6 interviews, in dream companies, over a period of months, often with a different person each time, and lose out on the job for a younger, less experienced candidate.....CRUSHING ME! I need some serious hit it hard in a short 15 minute meeting. USA version of interview boot camp!

Good job. Clear explanations and valuable suggestions. In my opinion, the last question to be asked to the interviewer sounds a little offensive unless you are an expert to the position you are applying for and the interviewer do agree with that as well. Otherwise the question would let the interviewers feel comfortable. Thanks

Your video is very helpful. As a non-native speaker, knowing some handy phrases is the most straightforward way to gain confidence in english.
