Hello, thanks so much for this video! I'm trying to be more plant-based and lots of inspiration in here. In case useful for others, it took me around 2 hours - which is still great for 12 meals! All of the recipes are really simple. The chia breakfast is amazing - a step up from normal overnight oats. The curry is good for how easy it is (there's not much depth of flavour but I wouldn't expect that without more time and ingredients).

First time seeing your videos, I think. :-) I am trying to figure out the best way to do meal prep for myself. This was a great video for me to watch. I think four days is a great idea because it allows some flex in your week for other options. I am learning to like oatmeal, but never watched it being made with all the goodies you put in. I may try that next week. I hope it freezes well... I have a very small fridge. I haven't seen black lentils yet so now I will look for them. I am working on my own veggie burger recipe/s and lentils are one of the ingredients I am trying out. :-) I haven't done curries yet, but may get to that food group. I really like the burrito bowl prep. I am also trying to figure out what to make with them. Loved your video. I will try to check out more of your recipes before I decide to subscribe.

little bit of lemon helps but i would cut quarters of the avocado with each meal, if you leave the avocado flesh to the pit it keeps it green, you can leave it in your fridge for up to 4 days
If I eat exactly what you are preparing, do I need to restrict my amounts or eat only until full to lose weight. I am trying to determine if i need to still count macros eating this way or just intuitive eat.

I made the chia breakfast. I can only each half of one serve, add apples, cinnamon and walnuts. As I can only eat half, I've made too much. Do you think I could freeze it? Any advice would be appreciated. Next time I will only make half 😂😂 Thankyou, the meals are delish.
Large oatmeal must always be cooked. Without cooking, chopped flakes can be used in this way of preparation. Everything, absolutely all cereals must be washed before cooking. Before they are packed, all the grains are stored in various warehouses that are not always clean, not to mention transported and handled.
We just made this and accidentally put quinoa in instead of chia seeds lol! We got most of it out but its gonna be an interesting breakfast tomorrow. Excited.

Does everything keep well for 5 days? I'm always hesitant to prepare for more than 3 days at a time. This is awesome, thank you!
You can freeze the extra 4 days, they will stay a lot more fresh that way.
I don’t think freezed rice would be good. If you keep it in the fridge, it should be fine, I don’t see anything that would go bad.

Squeeze the lemon/lime over it before storing.

If you don't want to use lime or lemon juice, keep the pit from the avocado. That will also help with the fruit not browning right away.
