    Hello, thanks so much for this video! I'm trying to be more plant-based and lots of inspiration in here.
    In case useful for others, it took me around 2 hours - which is still great for 12 meals! All of the recipes are really simple. The chia breakfast is amazing - a step up from normal overnight oats. The curry is good for how easy it is (there's not much depth of flavour but I wouldn't expect that without more time and ingredients).

    You should soak lentils for atleast half and hour. It helps to digest them better.

    Most of the things she does is for presentation, and your preeent everything beautifully. Suggestions: add the salad just before eating. I don’t eat cold food, specially black beans.
    I love the richness and the same time simplicity of your recipes.

    Does everything keep well for 5 days? I'm always hesitant to prepare for more than 3 days at a time. This is awesome, thank you!

      You can freeze the extra 4 days, they will stay a lot more fresh that way.

      I don’t think freezed rice would be good. If you keep it in the fridge, it should be fine, I don’t see anything that would go bad.

    First time seeing your videos, I think. :-) I am trying to figure out the best way to do meal prep for myself. This was a great video for me to watch. I think four days is a great idea because it allows some flex in your week for other options. I am learning to like oatmeal, but never watched it being made with all the goodies you put in. I may try that next week. I hope it freezes well... I have a very small fridge. I haven't seen black lentils yet so now I will look for them. I am working on my own veggie burger recipe/s and lentils are one of the ingredients I am trying out. :-) I haven't done curries yet, but may get to that food group. I really like the burrito bowl prep. I am also trying to figure out what to make with them. Loved your video. I will try to check out more of your recipes before I decide to subscribe.

    I have your app I love everything that I have made so far this is my 2nd time making these meals and this time I went step by step cleaning and putting away as I went along no nightmare kitchen afterwards 😃
    I also used kale in the beans instead of spinach and 1/4 cup black rice &3/4 brown rice works well extra minerals 🙌
    Also I think it's important to rinse rice before cooking I used a rice cooker as well 👍 Thankyou beautiful lady this helps with my working week ahead 🫶🙏💃

      little bit of lemon helps but i would cut quarters of the avocado with each meal, if you leave the avocado flesh to the pit it keeps it green, you can leave it in your fridge for up to 4 days

    If I eat exactly what you are preparing, do I need to restrict my amounts or eat only until full to lose weight. I am trying to determine if i need to still count macros eating this way or just intuitive eat.

      Wait to cut it until your having it :) or you can cut it but leave it in the skin and add some lime juice on it to prevent it from getting brown

    I always love prepping sweet potatoes in advance!!! It makes the whole process soooo much easier. I've really been into prepping squash too in the last few weeks- acorn squash is so good!! 🌱

    How long do these last? And how do you store them? Do you also have a link for the containers used xx

      Store them in the fridge :) Preferably store the avocado separately in the peels. I used IKEA containers, the 365 series :) They will last for about 5 days

      Avocado is the worst item for meal prep. Even with lime juice it will brow.

      I think she adds it and preps it for the purposes of showing us what it looks like but those are two things i would definitely not add or cut until the day of eating it

      If you don't want to use lime or lemon juice, keep the pit from the avocado. That will also help with the fruit not browning right away.

    I made the chia breakfast. I can only each half of one serve, add apples, cinnamon and walnuts. As I can only eat half, I've made too much. Do you think I could freeze it? Any advice would be appreciated. Next time I will only make half 😂😂 Thankyou, the meals are delish.

    Large oatmeal must always be cooked. Without cooking, chopped flakes can be used in this way of preparation.
    Everything, absolutely all cereals must be washed before cooking.
    Before they are packed, all the grains are stored in various warehouses that are not always clean, not to mention transported and handled.
