After spending over half a year in prison, Oliver stops a scheme inside the prison, saves the guards, and exposes that the FBI was never really protecting his family from Diaz which was part of the deal, which gives him enough good PR to be released from prison thanks to Laurel posing as Earth 1 Laurel who was an assistant DA. Afterward Team Arrow operates as the official special task force for the police.
season 8 was quite good, as well as the first half of 7 and last half of 8. I also enjoyed season 3 up until they made ra'as alghul seem like an average villain and a not very good fighter.

The only reason Laurel was his fiance/future wife was because he was in a relationship with her before he went on the Queen's Gambit. The dream world that the dominators created was meant to show what his life would have been like had he not went on the boat. It had nothing to do with Sara or who he loved more. It had to do with who he was with before the boat, and what his life would have continued to look like had he not made the choices he did. Had nothing to do with his feelings for Sara or Laurel. Plus, he even told Laurel in that dream world that the man she loved, the guy she kept wanting him to be, wasn't him. He could never be the man Laurel wanted or loved, because she just wasnt the one for him.

As Jim coregans successor as Spectre. He made this whole universe for everyone. So he decided to find the best way to continue the mission. To be the judge. As a the spectre. He doesn't have the stress of a double life. While he knows that his friends and family are alive and will live a good life. So yeah. Oliver is alive. He is the Batman of this universe and like Batman. His story never ends happy. No matter how much he tries to get out. He always gets roped back into the mission. so he decided to make himself what he was in crisis. The spectre. So he could truly become the vigilante he dreamed to me. After all. Death comes to everyone. And when they do. The spectre judges. As if I remember correctly. He judges criminals and is a executioner if need be. So yeah. Oliver is still alive but as the Spectre to continue the fight. While watching from a distance as his children grow up. And who knows. We may see Oliver queen aka spectre in green arrow and the canaries. Yes there is that scene where Felicity reunited with Oliver in the afterlife but that was the pre crisis future. So that just might be a way the writers want us to think he's really dead. When in reality that's the pre crisis future.
Season 1 and 2 was best superhero telly ever. Then I struggled through to season 7... with some good moments here and there.. and then sorry to say.... I didn't finish it.

Here's something people forget there was a muliverse so isn't possible there maybe many different versions of Arrow and Oliver Queen there's a real possibility that this Green Arrow wasn't the last or last version the universe of dc heroes have a mix of different characters and not just the same person or as they should be? Every multiple version of the same hero has a different life near to the original but very different well Oliver in one universe might be a few years or older or something completely different and then there there's gender in another Ollie might be female? But I really wonder if the muliverse is finished and is there a cosmic rebalance coming or is there a darkness coming were earth need Oliver Queen again to fight for earths future a darkness called Darkside and his unknown soldier of Doomday?

Forgive me if I'm being unreasonable, but why do people (including the cast apparently) insist on referring to the "Arrow'" series as being eight seasons long? With only 10 aired episodes, "Arrow" is seven ans a half seasons (at best) in length.
In other words: It started great, but after a while they went over-the-top with the script, calling in aliens and other dimensions. They should have stopped after Season3.
Man I loved this show. Had a good time keeping up with its entire run and the universe and crossovers that was created. It’s pretty cool experiment if you watch all the flashback scenes for each season (RUclips is a big help with this) and then start season 1. You can totally believe Oliver is capable of everything he does as GA. I actually did this when season 4 was airing so I binged only the first 3 seasons of flashbacks
So many arcs... so many characters... and so many twists and turns and nemesis list... I need to take a break after watching every season, lol! I do like the original cast, though.

Arrow fell and a hero was reborn to save the universe time and time again Arrow battled force's both on earth and the universe or muliverses he won back he became the universe? Here's something people forget there was a muliverse so isn't possible there maybe many different versions of Arrow and Oliver Queen there's a real possibility that this Green Arrow wasn't the last or last version the universe of dc heroes have a mix of different characters and not just the same person or as they should be? Every multiple version of the same hero has a different life near to the original but very different well Oliver in one universe might be a few years or older or something completely different and then there there's gender in another Ollie might be female? But I really wonder if the muliverse is finished and is there a cosmic rebalance coming or is there a darkness coming were earth need Oliver Queen again to fight for earths future a darkness called Darkside and his unknown soldier of Doomday?

Forgive me if I'm being unreasonable, but why do people (including the cast apparently) insist on referring to the "Arrow'" series as being eight seasons long? With only 10 aired episodes, "Arrow" is seven ans a half seasons (at best) in length.

In other words: It started great, but after a while they went over-the-top with the script, calling in aliens and other dimensions. They should have stopped after Season3.

Man I loved this show. Had a good time keeping up with its entire run and the universe and crossovers that was created.
It’s pretty cool experiment if you watch all the flashback scenes for each season (RUclips is a big help with this) and then start season 1. You can totally believe Oliver is capable of everything he does as GA.
I actually did this when season 4 was airing so I binged only the first 3 seasons of flashbacks
So many arcs... so many characters... and so many twists and turns and nemesis list... I need to take a break after watching every season, lol! I do like the original cast, though.

When more than half the video is only about the first 3 seasons, its a big warning sign that the show turned to crap later on.

A lot of fans agree with you since in the comics, Green Arrow and Black Canary are an item, but despite Green Arrow appearing in 2 live action shows (Smallville and Arrow), he has yet to end up with Black Canary.
