Colorado's BEST fall destination? Estes Park - Rocky Mountain National Park in September. Elk rut.

There are many places in Colorado to visit in the fall but Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park is our favorite. You get to experience fall foliage, Mountain scenery, great hiking, maybe a little snow, and the elk rut.

The wife and I Vacation out there in the warmer weather. We usually stay in Winter Park and drive to Estes. We love it..
