I'm happy for Soonho, he started out as GD's manager, built connections and established relationships, and now, he has a high position at TBL (afaik Soonho is not just a manager but is in charge of global management at yg and artist strategy at TBL). He's also maximizing his connections to push the artists. He's sociable so I'm not surprised that yg/tbl artists like him a lot.

As tough looking yg may seem on the outside, they really are the only company who actually has mutual respect between both their artists and staff. Some may perceive yg as the bad guy only because they don't promote their artists as well as other companies does isn't even that bad. Like yes yg artists may not produce as much music as we would like but hey when they do make their comeback it's always a banger.
