Nurse here. I drink a gallon of water a day but my body can tolerate it. I always tell loved ones and patients that the goal is to have light yellow color urine. If it’s too dark, than you need more hydration. If it’s clear, then you need less.

I’m not done watching the vid but rn you’re saying the water is going right through you- adding a sprinkle of salt and lemon will add electrolytes and minerals to the water which mean it will actually be hydrating you and you won’t pee as much...also u probably have heard on the news but don’t chug too much water in too little time cause that’s also pretty bad for u Great vids ! You prob are drinking too much as you probably weigh eight stones or less (I am assuming). I am 16 stones, and this is the right amount for my body composition
