I tried the big jug and honestly filling it up was my weakness lmao. So I switched to a metal 24 oz cup with a straw. I am drink so much more water with it and I bring it everywhere lol. It fits perfect in my car cup holder so I even drink almost every red light. So yeah. Find the cup that works for you!
You just made me realize I’m pretty good about drinking water. I have a 16 oz thermal cup that I fill with fridge cold water 4 times a day with a splash of fresh lemon or lime juice. I finish them all and take a 5th one to put by my bed, to guzzle as soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning. So, I drink at least 64 oz or a 1/2 gallon per day. Once you’re used to drinking that much, you’ll feel thirsty more. Even though that doesn’t make sense. Lol.
I drink 140 oz a day!! I started w half gallon and the bottle matters 100%!!! I bought so many bottles till I found one that rocks and works for me!!! It's crazy how I slowly intuitively increase my intake with out thinking of it! And yes I pee like a pregnant woman even after a year but less then at the start
My dietitian actually recommended i get one to encourage me to drink water and it really works! I have a 30 oz one that i fill up twice a day. I always finish the morning one but i dont always finish the afternoon one and thats okay!
To make this process easier i pour my water in a cup four times a day. Twice in the morning and twice in the evening. I’ve noticed when i drink this amount my skin is less susceptible to acne. Looks more hydrated and refreshed. And my hair grows very fast. Also I’ve managed to keep my weight under control cause it flushed out excess sugar and sodium

I’ve been in a successful part of my recovery for almost a year now and I love your videos as little reminds or check ins because every now and then I can feel a slight tug toward my old habits and it’s nice to basically be reaffirmed that yes I am doing the right thing for me and my body 💙 I’ve been struggling with hydration a lot lately so this is just the boost I need to remind myself to go with my body’s flow 😎
Very helpful. I find it so hard to drink water. I dont like the taste. But I find it helps some much with my digestion. It is good to know that the body will try to adjust day to day with the amount of hydration. Intuitive eating rocks! I am much happier since I started trying to be more intuitive with my eating :)
I was really good at drinking plenty of water until I stopped making it a goal. Now, I hardly drink any, but I'm worried that setting a goal to drink x ounces a day or something is a food rule, so I'm struggling with knowing how to handle that.
Instead of making it a goal, just keep water near you. I find if it's convenient- I'll drink it more regularly, especially when mildly thirsty or just snatch a little sip here and there. If a bottle isn't sitting at my work desk- I could go all day and not notice until I'm crazy thirty. But some days I finish 3 water bottles (regular sized) and other days just one and that's okay.
I love drinking water but I hate that it makes me go to the bathroom a lot even though I try to make small sips thorough the day and even though I feel like I'm actually thirsty. Maybe I've lost my thirst cues...
Do you have any control over the ads? There has been a lot of weight loss and body transformation either before or in the middle of the videos. Completely understand if you don't, just a little jarring to see them since its exactly opposite of what your page is about.

I had to drink a gallon twice this week for bloodwork and now 1/2 gallon doesn't sound like so much!

Use some crystal light maybe… it may help you get more water without feeling like you are drinking so much.

@@elissa3188 I keep a bottle with me 24/7- and it's a water bottle I LOVE, but it's still too easy to ignore it

I try to drink 2 litres a day but I have to make sure I don’t go mad in the evening or I’m up and down all night 🤣
