This video changed my thinking about oil. I have seen 2 of my closed family members getting cholesterol problems, I started experimenting with oil free cooking once in a while. Its tough but its going to take time to adjust with the taste. It is possible!

Respected Doctor my blood test reports Trygleceride was 245 and serum cholestrol was 223 and LDL cholesterol 136 on 21st January 2021. then I saw your lecture and went for zero oil food and today means 28 th January 2021 my blood report Trygleceride is 132 and serum cholestrol is 197 and LDL cholesterol 119 Now I will maintain zero oil food life long. my age 43 years. जब कोई अपना निपट जाएगा इसकी थैरेपी से तब पता चलेगा। Anubhav harshit Kumar ये एक नीच इंसान है जो लोगो की जिंदगी से खेल रहा है। इसके नेक्सस को कोई बेनकाब करे तो मै उसके साथ हूं। मेरे बहुत ही नजदीकी रिश्तेदार जो बतौर इनसे पर्सनली मिले इनके फार्म हाउस वाले क्लीनिक में उनकी मौत हो गई इनके कारण और वो भी बहुत कम उम्र में। डॉक्टर कांडपाल श्री गंगाराम ने उन्हें बायपास के लिए रिकमेंड किया था। इन्होंने उन्हें अपने झोला छाप इलाज के लिए मना लिया और पूरी तरह आश्वस्त किया कि वो ठीक हो जाएंगे और बायपास की कोई जरूरत नहीं। मैं खुद भी हर पल उनके साथ था। पर कुल दो महीनों के अंदर ही उनकी मृत्यु हो गई हार्ट अटक से। उन्होंने इनका पूरा डायट चार्ट से लेे के हर चीज फॉलो किया। इनके हलद्वानी क्लीनिक मै थैरेपी भी समय से लेते रहे। पर ये पूरी तरह से झूठा साबित हुआ। ऑयल को अपनी जिंदगी से निकाल के आप अपनी जिंदगी नरक बना लोगे। इनकी थैरेपी से तुरंत दो महीने में उनका major वेट लॉस हुआ। उनकी मृत्यु का ये एक अकेला जिम्मेदार आदमी नहीं है जो इस practice को देश मै ओके दे के चल रहे हैं वो भी जिम्मेदार हैं। मैं आप सब को चेतावनी देता हूं ये एक फ्रॉड है और इस तरह से आप कभी भी अपनी बीमारी से बच नहीं सकते।

Anubhav harshit Kumar ये एक नीच इंसान है जो लोगो की जिंदगी से खेल रहा है। इसके नेक्सस को कोई बेनकाब करे तो मै उसके साथ हूं। मेरे बहुत ही नजदीकी रिश्तेदार जो बतौर इनसे पर्सनली मिले इनके फार्म हाउस वाले क्लीनिक में उनकी मौत हो गई इनके कारण और वो भी बहुत कम उम्र में। डॉक्टर कांडपाल श्री गंगाराम ने उन्हें बायपास के लिए रिकमेंड किया था। इन्होंने उन्हें अपने झोला छाप इलाज के लिए मना लिया और पूरी तरह आश्वस्त किया कि वो ठीक हो जाएंगे और बायपास की कोई जरूरत नहीं। मैं खुद भी हर पल उनके साथ था। पर कुल दो महीनों के अंदर ही उनकी मृत्यु हो गई हार्ट अटक से। उन्होंने इनका पूरा डायट चार्ट से लेे के हर चीज फॉलो किया। इनके हलद्वानी क्लीनिक मै थैरेपी भी समय से लेते रहे। पर ये पूरी तरह से झूठा साबित हुआ। ऑयल को अपनी जिंदगी से निकाल के आप अपनी जिंदगी नरक बना लोगे। इनकी थैरेपी से तुरंत दो महीने में उनका major वेट लॉस हुआ। उनकी मृत्यु का ये एक अकेला जिम्मेदार आदमी नहीं है जो इस practice को देश मै ओके दे के चल रहे हैं वो भी जिम्मेदार हैं। मैं आप सब को चेतावनी देता हूं ये एक फ्रॉड है और इस तरह से आप कभी भी अपनी बीमारी से बच नहीं सकते।
