Power Renegade (DPS) / Shattered Observatory CM

Since Vindicators CC is just a bad joke I wanted to try out renegade as DPS after the recent balance patch. What a bursty mf! First and only try so far. Might be better or worse depending on group quality. We will see.
But still: might be a decent replacement for Vindi on cc heavy bosses (looking at mama)
