Ok! I will say that the main problem is that I keep using Force Palm instead of Aura Sphere when I'm trying to swap direction lol. Is there a good way to perform this input without messing up like that?

Wall cling won't give wall jump back but it certainly makes it much easier to get it back. Nobody: that one guy who unironically uses 5 wall jumps as a mixup before touching ledge bc kalos, lol
I've already been practicing wall clings before so this was a good refresher
