The Ysayle scene is part two of Ishikawa getting pissed at her characters being killed and going on to create the best expansion. Brace yourself... and go level DRK.

And more tragic things occur as we move thru the HW storyline. Ysayle was such a great character.

This one really pissed me off
Russ I hate to be that guy, but its spelled Azys Lla lol. This was definitely the best overworld zone intro we saw up to this point, and it will be the best you see for a while. It certainly was far from expected to see another significant ally die so soon after Haurchefant's death, but it had a build up of looming dread knowing this couldn't go well rather than the absolute shock that came after The Vault.
