Many people feel troubled when they discover they are Projectors in the Human Design system. Projectors are designed very differently from Manifestors -- and most of us have been conditioned to live like Manifestors. But they also are very different from Generators and Manifesting Generators, who are the vast majority of the population (about 70% total).
Projectors have many unique qualities that, yes, make them different from most people (they are about 20% of the population). Once they discover what those qualities are and how to best use them, those qualities become super powers!
Projectors are vital for guiding most of the rest of us into new ways of perceiving and engaging with life. Watch the video to get the details!

This is where I always get frustrated with Human Design. As a projector, who is a specialist in their field and can go in and do lot of work in a short period of time by themselves, there is literally nothing I hate more than managing other people. Especially generators. I like being invited to come in, do my freelance job and then leave. I can’t think of anything worse than having to put generators to work and guide them. been put in this position so many times has inevitably left me crying in the bathroom on multiple occasions.
Well, my position is never do something you hate to do because someone in Human Design said it's a good thing for you! I don't adhere to that way of thinking at all. Do what inspires and lights you up!

Hobbies, writing and art is very good for dealing with negative feelings because this can be shared with out directing it at others.
I can really relate to not being designed for a 40 hour week. I relax a lot and always tell people I don't believe in "hustling". And I try to explain to those close to me sometimes, I need regular down time to re energize and thats how I get motivated and do my best work. Super cool how this Human Design thing legit describes this aspect of me!

I am a projector 6/2 splenic split definition, environmental psychologist, MSc. I discovered human design a few months ago, and honestly since then I feel it's ok to feel that I am from another world. I always trying to find ways to improve conditions for vulnerable people, animals, nature, etc and feeling all the time this responsibility exhausts me. I would like to know whether there is a way to know how to reach my full potential, based on the properties of my human design.

Can you please explain how someone is supposed to discern yes/no, guidance as a 2/4 splenic p. Who also has fear as a motivation (not self -need)….soooo confusing!
Okay -- Projectors do not have Sacral Authority -- so they don't have a yes/no type of Authority. Splenic Authority is intuition -- -- just know that your Splenic intuition will not speak to you in fear unless there is real and present danger. Also check to see which gates are activated as they each have specific fears. When you learn what they are they won't control you so much. Helpful?

Hi Tomy, I'm sorry to hear you say that. Projectors can be enormously powerful and influential. Maybe if you looked up some famous Projectors that would help you get a sense of what's possible. It's not that you have to be passive, it's more about being discerning and people and timing. I hope that helps. Believe me, we Generators have our own issues!
It's nothing hard about being a Projector it's actually easy, and almost effortless, all you have to is be you and do what feels right and just show up, your aura is very piercing and magnetic, your energy stands out and you have your own unique purpose, and only 20 percent of people are projectors.
Tell me about it! I spent my entire life thinking I was a Manifester because I gave this girl the wrong birth time. Then I thought I was a manifesting generator which I wasn’t stoked about, but whatever. But then when I got my birth certificate, I’m a fucking projector. Still trying to find the magic in it, but it is definitely a process for someone who’s use to bulldozing through life, but it hasn’t worked obviously.

It seems like when you read the questions you trail off towards the end of the question as if it only matters that you understand what the question is.
It would useful to the viewers of this video if you were to actually read the whole question that way the viewer knows what question you are responding to.
