Remember, you can still get into heaven no matter your history of sin. Blasphemy is the CONTINUED rejection of god. You can always change, and it is never too late to turn to him.
@@aripiprazole938no because spirits are way more intelligent than us. Sometimes we are tempted and we commit mistakes but the same doesn't happen to spirits. When Satan rejected god he did it with complete free will and fully aware of what he was doing, therefore he cannot repent his sins. God allows us to heal our soul from our sins through confession because he knows that we can be tempted and that we can repent of our sins

A few minutes ago I prayed to God and told him that I was worried if I committed blasphemy, and then this video popped up when I switched accounts!! Thank you so much! Praise the Lord🙏💗❤️🔥
If there’s something in the bible saying it’s unforgivable it must be valid and essential part in salvation. You cannot harden your heart because of god
@@angelar9759 Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is rejecting the Holy Spirit from entering you by slandering him to say “no” to the Holy Spirit. It’s also continued and repetitive. Lmk if y’all got questions.
Im scared, I want God in my life and this intrusive thoughts just don't let me live in peace. I was so worried about committing this sin but I know Christ still lives in me and helps me, Thank you!
I have too and sometimes i act to my thoughts (for example i have persistent thought about washing dishes and i do) sometimes i dont do as my persistent thoughts because i would feel possesed by mind (yes we are otherwise we get paralysed)
I feel like I’ve committed this. I don’t feel remorse for some things I do like I used to. But I still want a relationship with Jesus but I feel distant seconds after trying to
i feel like what your experiencing is just distance from god as long as you want to pursue jesus even if it seems hard if you keep pushing i'm sure you can grow closer to him. i'll pray for you to get results in your walk with him!

The unforgivable sin is if you reject god your whole life, let’s say this for example: if I reject god for about 3 or 5 years I can still come back to him even if my heart was hardened I can still come back to him. But if you reject god your whole life until death then that is unforgivable and I’m also not saying that death is unforgivable I’m saying that you still have unrepented sin. Remember or take note that it is gods grace and mercy that saves us from the bottomless pit or hell, Peace yall and may god bless you🙏🏼❤️

Good evening. I happened to see your comment, and here’s what I think you should do. Pray to God today, everyday, for he will always listen to you. Repent of your sins. Repentance does not mean just asking forgiveness of your sins, but also turning away from that lifestyle. It’s impossible to do without God and his presence, so don’t ever turn your back on him. Also, you will fail. Every day. You will fall short of the glory of God, but you are washed clean by the blood of Jesus Christ, for he died on the cross to save all those who believe in Him and hive their life to him. So when you fall, Jesus will help you get back up, but you must be willing to get up as well. Reading the Bible will help you, it will explain how to live a more righteous life, and how to deny evil from controlling your life. God’s love is endless, and so is his forgiveness, but do not, i repeat, do not, abuse that grace as an exuse to go on sinning. Jesus’s love has no bounds, and neither does his forgiveness. He is faithful as long as we are too. Jesus loves you, and he forgives you. Have a blessed day. I will pray for you.

All wrong. No such fleshly definition of the sin of blasphemy is found in Holy Scripture unless you can provide the 2 required witnesses of Holy Scripture to substantiate your claim.
The channel "Ear To Hear" explained it pretty well... the unforgivable sin who was committed by the religious leaders in the old days when they tried to say that Jesus had an unclean Spirit when he cast out demons and healed a man from being blind and mute. Jesus Christ retorded their logic by saying: "How can Satan cast out Satan? The sins done against men will be forgiven, but the sins that are done against the Holy Spirit, will not be forgiven." And it even says, depending on your translation, pretty much a word for word that Jesus said this because they said he had an unclean spirit, despite the religious leaders knowing otherwise. So if you say the powers of Christ and God Almighty are evil, after basically being shown the level of holy that they actually are, knowing very well the opposite, and telling others and trying to convince them that it's the powers of the devil versus the power of God like it actually is, that is the unforgivable sin. Brothers and sisters in christ, let none lead you astray, always read the Bible with anything play you see online, and compare it to scripture directly.
God is truly the best. I used to have an story with Him. And i was still 8 that time and i was repenting then after that i slept and suddenly i woke up in the middle of the night and i can feel my body moving by itself while it made my body pray then after that i slept. I'm really happy He still loves me, but i still need to sacrifice these things to Him. I want to make Him happy. ❤ Don't forget, you still have the chance to repent! Don't quit, everyone! Don't lose hope, and always seek for God. Because He's the one who will save you, and He will bring you joy. Live for God, live for His name. I know i still have a lot of things to do, but i want to remind that you still can repent. He's real, and He loves you all.

Friend, understand Mt.12:31,32. There is no such thing as an "Unpardonable Sin," an "Unforgivable Sin" according to Mt.12:31, 32. "~All~ manner of sin and blasphemy ~shall be~ forgiven unto men..." The Apostle Paul admits to being a blasphemer in 1Tim.1:12-16, yet was forgiven unto life eternal. His blasphemy was forgiven and the wages of his sin against him were remitted. So too will yours be. There is hope in Christ, but people who comment on this so called "Unforgivable" sin preach Christ as a failure of a Savior by omitting those parts of Mt.12:31,32 from their inability in the Scripture. "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved," Acts16:31a
@oldmanjoe6808 There cannot be forgiveness without repentance since the person does not acknowledge that what they have done wrong (e.g. Luke 17:3-4). Therefore, they would not confess their sin. The verse tells us *if* we confess then He will forgive our sin and cleanses us from unrighteousness. Additionally, if there was forgiveness without repentance or confession then everyone would be saved; however, the Bible not support that. To explain the correlation between 1 John 1:9 and Matthew 12:31-32, John highlights *if* we confess our sins when He will cleanse us of unrighteousness. However, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is complete rejection of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit works to convict us, remind us of God's teachings, and fuel that desire to grow closer to God (by wrestling against fleshly desires). But if someone is without the Holy Spirit and rejects the Holy Spirit completely, then why would they wish to confess their sins to the Lord? They don't experience any convict nor would they fear the Lord (aka hate eveil). Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven since they refuse to allow their sins to be cleansed. They have no desire to be forgiven. Blasphemy is unrighteousness because it is a sin. Hebrews 10 speaks about the rejection of Jesus's scarfice for forgiveness, not the Holy Spirit. Blasphemy against God and Jesus can be forgiven, but not blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did _it_ ignorantly in unbelief. 1 Timothy 1:13 (KJV) I believe 1 Timothy 1:13 refers to blasphemy against God or Jesus since the Bible explicitly states that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven. *If* we *confess* our *sins*, he is faithful and just to *forgive* us our sins, and to cleanse us from *all* unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 (KJV) Therefore, The concern in Hebrews 10:26 is about people who have *understood* this truth but then willfully and persistently reject it-choosing to continue in a lifestyle of sin *without* repentance.

@@jadaalexander3546 All wrong, again. You offer salvation by works by taking the credit for your good work of repentance which you preach saved you. True repentance does not find cause to boast, as you are doing. Repentance is "given" by God, 2Tim.2;25, and given only to the called, else it's turned into a good work of man and therefore the fallen boast in themselves by claiming they've repented by their own self-will. Your reply is way off-topic and not worthwhile to answer line by line... but I will say that you are very wrong about the unforgivable sin as well as your salvation by works gospel you cannot repent of. Saul was a blasphemer, 1Tim.1:12-16. The unforgivable sin is as forgivable as any other sin, Mt.12:31a and 32a. You preach Christ Jesus is a failure because of this. I will thank you not to darken my inbox again with this false gospel you're polluting the world with.
@oldmanjoe6808 And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 2 Timothy 2:24-25 (ESV) This is a continuation of the verse you quoted, but it instructs that believers must correct those who are being led astray, therefore, including those who spread false teachings. So I encourage you to correct me where I am wrong. I'm not sure what salvation of works you're referring to though that I mentioned. Salvation is given through Jesus's crucifixion, but I could be wrong since I'm not so clear when it comes to salvation. Knowing their thoughts, he said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand. And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges. But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or how can someone enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house. Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come. Matthew 12:25-32 (ESV) Jesus Christ himself said that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable. The Bible says that Jesus *is* the truth, the way, and the life; because of that he would speak nothing but the truth. The Bible is the Word of God and God is also not a liar so how is it that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can be forgiven when Jesus says that it will not be forgiven?
I need to know this see one day when I was in repeat on sinning and repenting over and over again and one day I just prayed To him that I give up on being a Christian I didn’t want to seem entitled so I said as truthfully as I think I did that I couldn’t uphold the standard of Jesus on being a true Christian but even then I still was sinning and repenting never taking advice from other pastors on how to be better because I was lukewarm and lazy Christian even for the things I wanted to do like art that I only know wanted to start doing a year ago I was to lazy to get started but after going to job corps my whole vocabulary changed I started cursing when I get frustrated I had some problems back at home albeit I admit it was my fault at least I think so but now I feel cold nothing although I am afraid of dying and going to hell and I know Jesus will forgive me if I truly turn but I think my heart is too cold and after in my past being scared and tears I was just too tired of trying again because I know my repentance wouldn’t last long, it’s like I’m scared of God just using me on what happens when you don’t do what your supposed to do and go your own way and yet I just do what ever I want wether it’s looking at porn or playing video games I don’t think their bad or practice art as I want to draw out my story I made in my head but ultimately I don’t know maybe God hardened my heart so I’m just ok well if I can’t turn from my sin I’m going to hell anyway so might as well do what I want but I don’t know if theirs any point in trying to do anything honestly. Sometimes theirs times when your too far gone in your own sin you can’t come back no matter how much you do or try. @@daniaOSAS what are you talking about? I don't know what version of the Bible are you reading, but we clearly aren't reading the same Bible. First of all, there is another "unforgivable" sin, a sin which absolutely no one for some odd reason ever talks about. That is the "original sin". Why exactly quote-unquote unforgivable? It's forgiveble, just not by normal means. Every person is born with it and you can cleanse yourself of it only through baptism. No matter how much you repent for your sins, if you haven't been baptised yet, sorry! You cannot enter heaven till you get rid of this first. Purgatory is a big if, for it depends on Lord's mercy. So don't count on it. And there's no 3rd option either. So if you haven't been baptised yet, I suggest to do it asap. Now, as for prayer... prayer is a direct talk with God. So you are probably aware of how important it trully is. What I cannot understand is; why do you claim it cannot save us? How else are we supposed to strengthen our faith, if not through prayers? How else are we supposed to build a good relationship with Lord, if we never talk to Him? If you have faith but you never ever pray, there is something clearly wrong with the said relationship. Even satan himself believes God exists, but he doesn't pray. It's obvious why. I suppose it's not in your interest to become his servant, satan is someone we as Christians should refrain from serving. So, without prayers, how are you supposed to follow Lord's will? How are you supposed to find out what exactly does Lord wants and expects us to do? This is something Lord can answer in your prayers only, and nowhere else! Don't expect people to answer these questions! We as people cannot know what the life purpose of every single individual is, for we were given completely different tasks to fullfill. And now possibly the most puzzling bit of everything you have said. You say that going to church won't save us. Okay, if you are going to church just to hear a priest's personal take on the daily readings - you are better off staying at home. You can read the Bible yourself, plus I believe you can watch the whole ceremony live on tv. Maybe even youtube. If going to church is completely pointless to you, why even bother. But sacraments, that's something you can neither earn anywhere you want nor anytime you want to! That's the real reason why we are going to church! In John 6:54 Jesus says, "Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." This is something Jesus Himself said during the Last Supper. 2000 years later, He's still offering His blood and Flesh for us. There's no salvation without it! Jesus is offering Himself nowhere else but church! Just like how you cannot be granted forgiveness for your sins anywhere else. These are just two sacraments, plus baptism to name a few. Sacraments can be earned in church, and church alone. Nowhere else! Sacraments are a sign of Lord's mercy and a sign of Jesus' love for us humans. So please don't tell people that going to church won't save you! For sacraments play an important role in everyone's salvation. My brother in Christ, Gospel is NOT simple. In fact, even faith alone ain't enough to save anyone. For it is written in Matthew 7:21-23. Again, this is something Jesus Himself said. Faith is not enough, we have to follow Lord's will as well. We have to show our loyalty to God and that we trully care about His word. I'm not saying that you can earn a place in heaven with your hard work, for that completely depends on Lord's mercy. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't show any interest in our own salvation! So don't boo those who are even daring to give their lives for their own creator. Such act of bravery doesn't go unnoticed. THAT is a sign of strong faith! THAT is a sign of loyalty! Heaven is not filled with lukewarm Christians, but only those Lord deems worthy! Such people didn't reject their crosses, they didn't run away from them. They embraced their crosses. Such people didn't turn their backs on Lord, as Jesus warns us not to do! Such people are ready to follow God at all times, even if that means death. Just like Jesus. In fact, Jesus was aware of everything that was going to happen to Him. But did He refuse it? Did He try to hide from it? NO! He could have stopped all of that from happening, He had the power to do so. But He didn't. The devil has been teasing Him His entire life, yet He never ever thought of disbanding His Father. He has shown obedience to His Father and love to both his Father and even us humans by following His will. It was Lord's will to save this wretched world from sin. The only thing on the list that trully cannot save you is "being good". What is this phrase even supposed to mean? We as people aren't "good", only Jesus was trully good! Even Mary if you think about it, Lord has picked her to give birth to Jesus for a very good reason. But we, mere mortals and just regular people, we are not good! Only they were able to live their lives completely free of all sins. Only Jesus was able to live by all 10 Commandments plus add 2 extra Commandmends which we are expected to live by. Jesus has certainly served the purpose His Father gave Him. We may not be able to completely free ourselves of sins, however, this is why we should strive to serve Lord's will, Just like Jesus did! The more we serve His will, the less we will sin. Sin cannot occupy places which WE have given to Lord. Actions, actions matter just as much as faith! SERVING LORD'S WILL MATTERS! Because one cannot exists without the other. So yes, all these things that I have mentioned a bit earlier CAN save you, because not only do they bring you closer to serving Lord's will, so should they keep you living in a state of obedience to Lord. Now why I say "can" and not "will" is because I myself don't guarantee anyone a ticket to heaven. Again, that depends on Lord's mercy. Only once Lord says something along the lines of; "Okay, that's more than enough. I have put you through many testimonies and your faith didn't extinguish. I have done many things for you and you returned the favor by serving My will. You have shown your obedience and loyalty. You may enter." Only then will we be trully saved. But to do so requires both faith AND serving His will. BOTH. Not just one is enough!
@ King James Version Bible Only the blood of Christ can wash my sins away! Ephesians 1:7 KJV In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Some people have a conscious where they feel bad or guilty for doing something wrong to someone that never did them no harm… But in this case God tells u it’s no surprise that God will never turn is back on you unless you turn your back on him first. There for God is not neutral
The unforgivable sin is not saying anything bad about God, it’s not resisting the Holy Spirit, and it’s not attributing God’s works to a demon, it’s apostasy
Will do! Whatever your circumstance, whatever your need, may our God and Lord Jesus Christ supply all your needs and give you wisdom, peace, and healing as He guides you and walks with you through this trying time, in Jesus' name I pray, Amen!
Worst Case Scenario: Matthew 12:32 says this sin won't be forgiven in this age or in the age to come. Ephesians 2:7 says there are at least two ages to come.

We were saved by ‘grace through faith’. Instead of the supernatural causing and rebirth that was the gift of God to the New Covenant believers; God gives us the gift of salvation by grace through faith in Christ’s death on the cross for our sins. Since we are saved by grace, which is not based on anything we do, after we are sealed by the Holy Spirit (Eph 1:13), then we cannot revoke the work that God performs on our soul (Titus 3:5, Romans 4:5, Romans 11:6; 2 Tim 2:13). That is, the work of crucifying our old man on the cross, and placing us into the body of Christ. So then, if God were to send us to eternal damnation he would be condemning the risen Lord Jesus Christ! This is the impossibility in this age of Grace. We glory that Christ hath already ‘forgiven all your trespasses’ (Col 2:13), and that God is not imputing sins in this age (2 Cor 5:19). That is to say, that we are on Christ’s account and God is not keeping score of our sin if we trust that Christ took upon himself all of our failures and shortcomings (Romans 3:23-25). So then, living in this age of Grace, where we do not have the supernatural endowment of the Holy Ghost, we cannot reject that supernatural power and heavenly gift and cannot fall into eternal damnation by committing the unforgivable sin. The issue in this age is the grace of God that while we were enemies, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8,10). We should be careful of falling into the snare of the wrong teaching that in this age of Grace there is a sin for which Christ could not die to propitiate. This teaching would not only diminish the efficacy of the cross, but would also lead to denying that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh. Instead we continue to preach the grace that is provided by the cross which is ‘to them that perish foolishness, but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Cor 1:18)
Hello! I have a question, we are saved by Grace, and when you say we are sealed by the Holy Spirit, you mean in the act of baptizing when we receive It from God?
@@lolz77 Howdy! Good question. Once we believe the Gospel we are then instantly sealed with the holy Spirt. Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, There is only one baptism Ephesians 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,..... and its Baptism into Christ The only baptism taught by Paul which identifies the believer with Christ, his death, and resurrection. This baptism is performed by the Spirit and does not include water. 1 Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Romans 6:3-4 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. It is a common mistake to think that water baptism is the only baptism in the Bible. Every time the word “baptism” is mentioned people wrongly assume water. The Bible mentions many baptisms, and many of them are dry including the one and only baptism required for being a member of the body of Christ.
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is continued rejection of God UP TILL DEATH, because remember Pharaoh believed in God after a couple of the 10 plagues in Exodus came, but God hardened his heart ultimately.
Does that mean if you reject God enough times that he will harden your heart and you will have no chance of getting into heaven? I thought it said to forgive 70x7 in the bible just to show how forgiving we should be
I disagree partly, Pharoh did not have a Holy Spirit inside him when he did not let Israelites leave. We know he hardened his heart not that he sinned against The Holy Spirit

Denying God means that you don't wanna get closer to Him, or hate Him. However, you repented which means that you still cared for God. So nope, you don't make the unforgivable sin.
I’m not even going to watch the video, because here’s the truth: If you did commit the unforgivable sin, you don’t need a video like this. it is impossible to commit the unforgivable sin without knowing it, because by definition it is “knowingly rejecting God after being directly given indisputable evidence.” *Knowingly* rejecting God. As in, you know you’re doing it. If you have any doubt in your mind that you committed the unforgivable sin, you didn’t. Only those who are already certain are the ones who did.
No, the unforgivable sin really just refers to apostasy where the individual who rejects God willingly does it. It doesn't mean they can't but it's that they don't want to. Also if it actually did mean what it sounds like why wouldn't the devil just be trying to get people to commit that sin?
Believe in Jesus and you will be saved. Believe means to trust in Christ alone. Salvation is by God’s grave not by your own doing. Salvation cannot be lost either so the moment you believed u have been saved.
@@gerbenklompenmaker9956 What about the story of the prodigal son that Jesus himself preached. That man ran from his father, but when he returned, he was accepted and celebrated! What Paul is writing about is something clearly different than just running from God. It’s complete apostasy, and not even leaving the church or the religion of Christianity, it’s a personal complete rejection of Christ after knowing who he is. A good example is when the Pharisees accuse Jesus of being demon possessed right after seeing Him casting out a demon with their own eyes! And even if Paul wrote it’s impossible, remember that in Luke 18:27, Jesus said what is impossible with men is possible with God! Listen, I’ve been struggling as a Christian too. Many Christians will or have already struggled with backsliding in their faith. The point is that isn’t the unforgivable sin. The unforgivable sin would be like if you were rebelling against God, and then the Holy Spirit comes to you and puts you face to face with Jesus, offering to forgive you, and then you spit in His face and tell everyone else that He is wicked and evil and will take you to hell. Don’t worry, you haven’t committed the unforgivable sin.

This world has been given to satan. Just look at it like a test. Just know that there is more than what you see in front of you now. That’s why it is called having faith.
The world is so hopeless mainly because so many people choose sin over God. Imagine if everyone would choose Him and followed His law - what a great world we would be living in. One without lies, deceptions, abuse, etc.
All wrong. There is no such thing as an "Unpardonable Sin," an "Unforgivable Sin" according to Mt.12:31, 32. "~All~ manner of sin and blasphemy ~shall be~ forgiven unto men..." You've made Christ a failure by neglecting to account for that part of those 2 passages. Just to prove it even more, Saul, who became converted, all his sins remitted, identifies himself as a blasphemer in 1Tim.1:12-16. Blasphemy is punishable by death, Lev.24:10-16. Saul, who was given the name Paul, did his blasphemy in ignorance of not knowing Jesus Christ was the promised Messiah, otherwise, all a person has to do is claim unbelief and thereby, go free from the wages of sin, which is death.
Ok...but like is deism also hardening your heart agains God? I mean does believing God require believing in Jesus and Bible or is just believing in God enough? I mean considering God is all-powerful, all-knowing, infinite and eternal is believing all those other things also requirements to believing in God or can we just believe in God and only to God? Or are believing in Jesus and trinity requirement for being christian? I mean what if someone had believed in God their whole life, but maybe just not the way christianity tells you to believe in God? Surely God wouldn't deny such person from entering heaven? I do not mean other religions, just believing God...? Also surely God wouldn't deny people from other religions or even morally decent atheists from entering heaven? I mean recently I stumbled upon a christian that all atheists are profoundly evil and immoral, but what if they are not? I mean most scientists are atheists, but does that make them evil? They have brought to world a lot of things for example in the field of healthcare that many christians benefit, but they still end up in hell, because they didn't believe in God? They did many things to help "least of my subjects" as Jesus said but still end up hell? If God is so petty that regardless how good non-christian is, they still end up in hell...I refuse to believe that the most perfect, eternal and infinite being is so petty No. What I think blaspheming against the spirit means is the death of all empathy. Which be more like "what good does it do to win the whole world, if you lose your soul (in the process)?"
In the Bible it says your salvation is gained through faith, not by good works. All you have to do to enter heaven is believing in that Jesus died for our sins, and that because of his sacrifice we're forgiven and are able to have eternal life. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Acts 16:31 "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" Romans 5:1 So a person can be atheist and win a nobel peace prize or whatever, but still not be sorry for their sins, or have denied the Lord, or something like that, so this person still won't be saved because no matter how much good works they have done enter to heaven is by faith. Sorry if this explanation may be confusing, it's my first time explaining this to someone else. If you were left with questions don't be afraid to ask, or if you think I was wrong with something please correct me.
@@Daf0000 Yeah well, there are denominations that do think that works matter too. i used to think something similar, but when I got to thinking, it made sense. Sins like rape and murder are very hated by God, but with His amazing mercy, He will forgive you.

Exactly. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is when you die in a state of rejecting Christ’s free gift of salvation.
Why would you reject and harden your heart for something you can’t see.
Jesus Christ retorded their logic by saying:
"How can Satan cast out Satan? The sins done against men will be forgiven, but the sins that are done against the Holy Spirit, will not be forgiven."
And it even says, depending on your translation, pretty much a word for word that Jesus said this because they said he had an unclean spirit, despite the religious leaders knowing otherwise.
Don't forget, you still have the chance to repent! Don't quit, everyone! Don't lose hope, and always seek for God. Because He's the one who will save you, and He will bring you joy. Live for God, live for His name. I know i still have a lot of things to do, but i want to remind that you still can repent. He's real, and He loves you all.

If you are watching this video and worried that you might have committed blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, don’t worry because your mere worry and look for forgiveness is already a sign that you did not do such thing
For anyone who is unsure about whether they have/are committing blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, read Hebrews 10 for full context! It goes hand-in-hand. If you continue to seek Jesus and his truth after sinning then you are on the right track.
It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
Deuteronomy 31:8 (ESV)
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
James 4:8 (ESV)
Don't let the devil deceive you into believing that it's over and there is no hope left for you. Keep pushing and Jesus loves you! ❤
1 Timothy 1:13 (KJV)
I believe 1 Timothy 1:13 refers to blasphemy against God or Jesus since the Bible explicitly states that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven.
*If* we *confess* our *sins*, he is faithful and just to *forgive* us our sins, and to cleanse us from *all* unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9 (KJV)
Therefore,
The concern in Hebrews 10:26 is about people who have *understood* this truth but then willfully and persistently reject it-choosing to continue in a lifestyle of sin *without* repentance.
@@oldmanjoe6808Sorry, it's difficult to condense everything into one RUclips comment when I'm running late for the bus, but feel free to ask for any clarification!
@oldmanjoe6808
And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth,
2 Timothy 2:24-25 (ESV)
This is a continuation of the verse you quoted, but it instructs that believers must correct those who are being led astray, therefore, including those who spread false teachings.
Matthew 12:25-32 (ESV)
Jesus Christ himself said that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable.

( sorry if this sounds like guilt luring or what ever word their is for being oh so sad or making seem like my life is hell when actually it wasn’t that bad it’s just my mind is just tired but thanks to anyone who reads this and don’t give up)

What if I get so anxious and my mind gets overrun with anxious thoughts that it refuses to listen?
Ephesians 1:13
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
There is only one baptism
Ephesians 4:5
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,.....
and its Baptism into Christ
The only baptism taught by Paul which identifies the believer with Christ, his death, and resurrection. This baptism is performed by the Spirit and does not include water.
1 Corinthians 12:13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Colossians 2:12
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Galatians 3:27
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Romans 6:3-4
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

There is no need to speculate about what blasphemy against the Spirit is. It says exactly what it is in the Didache.

The only time Jesus mentioned this only was when the Pharisees rejected Jesus
The thing is I'm not blaspheming god but I'm still not sure whether to fully believe or not bc I'm still agnostic but more Christian if that makes sense
Are the psalms prayers?
Amen
Lord, do You want me to go no contact with my family right now? In Jesus's Name I pray. Amen. Lord, answer me in my mind. Tell me if You want me to go no contact with my family. In Jesus's Name I pray. Amen. You told me "go back" almost 2 years ago. Can I leave now? Tell me. In Jesus's Name I pray. Amen.
The way it’s phrased makes it sound as though doing something to insult the Holy Spirit is enough to lower your chance at Heaven to 0%.
unforgivable sin: is mentioned
people who didn't even commit it: oh i committed it so there's no hope for me and no way i'm going to heaven so what's the point

Amazing how stuff like rape or murder could potentially be forgiven, but blasphemy aka continuous rejection can not. Why is that?
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is worse cause you are basically rejecting your only hope to have salvation from going to hell.
Blasphemy isn’t unforgivable , its blasphemy of the Holy Spirit that’s unforgivable. It’s also in scripture when the Pharisees were saying that Jesus got his abilities from Beelzebub
Abba, please tell me, tell me if You want me to go no contact with my family of origin now that I have forgiven them and continue to work towards my success and leave them behind until You want me to return. Tell me Lord. Tell me. Hear my cry. In the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.

I’m not even going to watch the video, because here’s the truth:
If you did commit the unforgivable sin, you don’t need a video like this. it is impossible to commit the unforgivable sin without knowing it, because by definition it is “knowingly rejecting God after being directly given indisputable evidence.” *Knowingly* rejecting God. As in, you know you’re doing it.
If you have any doubt in your mind that you committed the unforgivable sin, you didn’t. Only those who are already certain are the ones who did.
I whan't to follow God
I'm follower of Christ and i'm trying mu Best
Then I've definitely committed it...
Hearing that i try to think and i just- feel nothing... am i just doomed to enter hell...?
No, the unforgivable sin really just refers to apostasy where the individual who rejects God willingly does it. It doesn't mean they can't but it's that they don't want to. Also if it actually did mean what it sounds like why wouldn't the devil just be trying to get people to commit that sin?
Satan is trying to trick you,the reason you clicked on the video because you suspected you committed it
Believe in Jesus and you will be saved. Believe means to trust in Christ alone. Salvation is by God’s grave not by your own doing. Salvation cannot be lost either so the moment you believed u have been saved.

they rejected Christ and God, that was the unforgivable sin.
What about hebrews 6: 4-6? Those bible verses made me terrified :(
@@gerbenklompenmaker9956 What about the story of the prodigal son that Jesus himself preached.

This feels like it’s for me? I feel like I lost my mind, God used to be all I knew. I know I shouldn’t do the things I do, I felt like I spoke against The Holy Spirit and called it evil, I was scared, anxious, now I’m just depressed. Like why confess the sin I hate doing if I’m already not forgiven. I tried to be sorry for it, but it’s like because it’s written it can’t forgiven, that it’s useless.
I would beleive but the worle to me seems too hopeless to make me believe there is any god out there
This world has been given to satan.
Unforgivable sin is not believing in Jesus.
Is it considered blasphemy when I view Jesus Christ as a cool, badass, and rad dude?
My sister said so I just wanted to confirm
i mean i agree jesus is super rad, as long as your not continually rejecting him it wouldn't be blasphemy👍
😁
If God is so petty that regardless how good non-christian is, they still end up in hell...I refuse to believe that the most perfect, eternal and infinite being is so petty
No.
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9
"And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Acts 16:31
"Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" Romans 5:1
So a person can be atheist and win a nobel peace prize or whatever, but still not be sorry for their sins, or have denied the Lord, or something like that, so this person still won't be saved because no matter how much good works they have done enter to heaven is by faith.
Sorry if this explanation may be confusing, it's my first time explaining this to someone else. If you were left with questions don't be afraid to ask, or if you think I was wrong with something please correct me.
@@Daf0000 Yeah well, there are denominations that do think that works matter too. There are also denominations who question trinity, although they are very few in number - and no, not talking about JW or mormons. Very stupid that this is a worse sin than rape or murder. Hell, even stealing makeup should be worse than not believing in god.
i used to think something similar, but when I got to thinking, it made sense. Sins like rape and murder are very hated by God, but with His amazing mercy, He will forgive you. The reason He can't forgive blasphemy against the Spirit is because once a person has committed it, they have hardened their heart and completely rejected Jesus. They would no longer care about any pursuing from God.
@@Connorwilly I mean I did try and pursue God but it was a fruitless endeavour. I really tried. But I truly am not convinced, and to feign belief would be a lie.
