I moved from Carmel Valley to Rancho Santa Fe and I truly miss my old house & neighborhood simply due to the lack of walkability in RSF. Sure, better/bigger house yet but I feel way more isolated. My old neighborhood had a nearby park I would walk to daily after work, plenty of people walking their dogs, kids frolicking around/playing sports. I really miss it. But RSF is such a good investment I suppose...your home value will always grow.

Yep, maybe the only con when it comes to living in RSF is the walkability - little to none!

Honestly man, I had the intention of moving to San Diego and just leaving California completely after a few years. This just motivates me to stay in California for good. I really enjoy the greater San Diego area and it’s towns, the people are wonderful and it’s much safer than going towards LA. Thank you for your time it really means slot!
