He had been in our care in Romania for more than 4 months, until he was adopted by a wonderful family from the Netherlands. The video presents his story from the first day we rescued him until present, with recent pictures from his forever home. Please watch until the end for an amazing transformation. What a HAPPY ENDING to a story with a desperate beginning. It is very sad for me to imagine a puppy so young (only a few days old) all alone on a public sidewalk. I found a newborn few years ago. His name is Boody. He was & still is the sweetest dog ever.
I'd love to get a dog. Just too old, too many health issues and not enough money for a vet.

To me, his fur pattern looks a bit like a husky's because the fur pattern above his eyes make it look like he's frowning, just like huskies, I find huskies a bit scary to look at because their fur makes them look angry

I got my dog just before he was 7 weeks old and he was very small but courageous and independent enough. 🙂
When I thought he was unhappy, just before he was 2 years old, I gave him to a family of 6 members because he would have much more attention than just with me!! 🙂🙏🤗 I choose what was good for my dog, despite the fact that I loved him very much!! 🙏 I still miss him a lot when I think about him! 🙂

I didn't grow up with pets, but I live alone and figured a dog might be good for me. His name is Drexl, and he's a shih-tzu.
If it’s your first time having a dog please go to the vet and ask lots of questions as there is a lot to know about raising a dog. Injections, regular worming is extremely important especially against lung worm which a dog can get from eating grass which most dogs do and there is no cure for lung worm, only prevention. So please gain some knowledge about looking after your best friend, your dog. well done for getting a dog they bring you great comfort especially if you live alone.
Life is hell on Earth for strays in Romania. Multumesc for rescuing this little one. Will send another donation next week.

My daughter loves her horses and Visler dogs. When the pandemic struck she was told to leave her animals in Argentina and take one of the flights back to the UK. My daughter is still stuck in Argentina but stayed with her horses and 3 dogs, yet all her income disappeared through cancellations to come to Argentina. She has sold as many of her possessions that she can and struggles to keep her animals and herself on the little money I can send her. How can anyone walk away from the dogs they have raised from puppies and the horses they have nurtured and trained, some from birth. Where was she to have left these horses and who was there to take care of them, Argentina is bankrupt and people are struggling to keep themselves. No chance they would have money to keep someone else’s animals. How cruel people are to suggest my daughter should just walk off from the animals she loves. Many in authority did just that.
Dear Lord please bless these innocent darlings and bless the wonderful people who TRULY help and care for them.

A mother dog died thn 5 puppies are abandoned then im taking care of those 5 puppies❤... Felt tears when i saw the puppies cried for milk at the deceased dog...

Are you stupid? Do you have proof it was people that abandoned that puppy? I've seen kittens and puppy's rejected by their mothers but you being all self righteous automatically assume it was a human being..
It might have been left by the mother
There's a lot of stray dogs in Romania so my guess in this case is that a mother dog lost it. Could have also been her first litter and she got scared and abandoned it. My friends Labrador was running around the house losing puppies all over the place when she first gave birth because she didn't know what to do. She could've also lost it when she changed nests and was transporting the puppies to a different place one at a time and dropped one and didn't notice it's gone.
My guess is this little one was the runt of the litter. Animal mothers, often wild/stray ones, sometimes abandon the runt in favour of the others as the rest are seen as being more likely to survive. It’s partly the reason why some animal species even _eat_ their babies.
I’d like to believe this was just a mother making a hard choice for the sake of her other puppies though I could be wrong. I hope I’m not.
