    Small island underdeveloped states.

      In some cases, yes. It is inspiring to see many examples in the world and in the Caribbean that being small can be an advantage and not only a negative, that being an island-nation gives us experience to address key issues such as global warming, rising sea-levels, damage to reefs, risks to coastal communities, and that we can be leaders in sustainable development, moral authority, and resilience.
