Being from Alaska, I love this! It’s always surprising how little people know about it, so I love the background info. Minecraft doesn’t give Alaska’s beauty justice, though!

I rather enjoy a well done 100 Days series, and you definitely do it well. You've got a nice, calm narration style inter-cut with your in game dialogue, and the trivia of the real world places the map is based on is a nice touch. I'm kind of wondering if this is one of those 'build the whole world in Minecraft' maps, because wow, it is gorgeous. So much so that if kind of started feeling like something was missing since the regular Alaskan fauna didn't seem like they were going to provide any real challenge or drama, and then the "eerie noises coming from the woods" on day 21 dropped.
Definitely gonna have to check out some more of your videos.
I haven’t been to Alaska but from the way it’s portrayed here is beautiful. I can only imagine how much cooler it is to see Alaskan scenery in person
I keep on recalling Lovecraft's stories when I see all those buildings in an icy cave and new mobs in the forest during the storm. Such an aesthetic

It really sucks how the wendigo has been twisted and mixed with skinwalker Legends.
The actual wendigo doesn't have antlers, it's just a gaunt human with a hunger for flesh and no lips as they can't stop themselves from eating them.
The modern Wendigo is that. Though the original, popularly known as "Windigo" is the stretched-limbs cannibal human.

Edit: We actually have a show here called The Days of 98 and it talks about Soapy Smith, the gold rush, and other things, my favorite thing in town, visit at least 20 times every summer!

As someone who grew up in Alaska, I marvel at the sheer speed a player can travel. Or the mod makers SEVERLY underestimated the size of Alaska. Or both.
Also Denali is so much more defined than this. This is a tall hill. Where are my jagged peaks and dramatic edges?
My minor problems with the mod itself aside, good video!
Yeah somtimes I wish one of the other videos blew up as I made this when I wasn’t very good with World Painter and I only had one day to make this map. Now, I make sure I have at least 4 days and am much better at making maps. This map was also 2k x 2k blocks whereas the ones I do now are 6k x 6k. Maybe I’ll revisit Alaska sometime and make a better map for it!

This was incredible to watch, i love the slower pace appreciating all the small details and story adventures! If i squint my eyes, the graphics look better than real life! I rarely have the patience to sit down and watch longer videos, but i was mesmerized and enjoyed every second! There's not any other creator, making videos like you, keep being creative man🔥🔥🔥

I've been watching a lot of people do 100 day hardcore challenges, but ive noticed that very few are popular... Honestly, I feel like more of these cc should be popular! These types of videos are relaxing and fun to watch.Especially when the player isn't just playing the map, but also narrating and give info about these amazing landmarks! Also, i like the horror aspeck of this, i did Not expect that.

I am from Alaska and I saw this video. There were so much more you could have explored and done assuming it was there in the map ha ha. I have been to Prince William Sound and it did not look like that. Whittier tunnel would have been cool. I am just teasing you though great video.
