Beach Weekend at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park

- We enjoyed a weekend at the nearby Topsail State Park located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The beaches along this area of the Northern Gulf Coast is some of the most beautiful in the country! Sugar white sands and emerald colored waters. Although we did not camp, we enjoyed hanging with some of our camping friends who were staying there for vacation. Such a beautiful place!

Better than usual east coast water...nice and clean and clear ! Likely nice and warm too as it is Gulf water !

Southwest Gulf is Nice to. Siesta Key has the quarts sand that is cool to the touch when you walk on it.

We were able to snag several weeks in the fall. So looking forward to this.
I wish where i live by Huntington Beach California the water was that clear. It has big waves but the water is so murky. That is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.
I had a *nice* adventure in Destin/Fort Walton some years ago. Ten-hour drive there from Atlanta, a week there in a rented house right on the beach (I mean like 200' from the back door to the high tide mark). Then ten hours back. Scary thing is it was ONE WEEK after Katrina! Very little traffic on the way down other than FEMA convoys (on the same FRS channel we were using BTW, 3 cars in our group). Kinda nervous about finding gas but had no problems other than a few areas where the stations were out of everything BUT Premium (which my Supercharged 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP requires anyway) ... Would have skipped the trip but it was use it or lose the weeks rental $$$ we had paid in advance ...

Most beautiful beaches in the world, get to Hatteras Island NC,and get back to us.
Having been up the east coast I concur with Abom, but please, everyone, visit those brown water Atlantic beaches. The Emerald Coast is crowded enough.
I don’t need to visit Hatteras to state that we have the prettiest and whitest sandy beaches in the country. Can’t beat the Northern Gulf Coast!

How does Topsail rate versus Camp Gulf?
Total different experience. Top sail has a much more beautiful campground with lots of trees and bushes to help separate you from your neighbors. Hard to beat the camping at state parks.
Abby needed to lower those gears on the bike, she working way to hard pedaling so fast!
What? No smoker? No Dutch oven? No grill? No beer? Tell me you guys are okay please. The beach looks relaxing. Lol.
Had all of those, at our friends campsite. I just didn’t video any of that.
