People actually used to dry their animals using the oven, but when microwaves came some people didn't think much of it and tried to do the same with them, wich obviously didn't end well...

It is a colllege film that shows how people can be not careful for example when the building collapsed (which could have killed them) they instead payed attention to more perfume. And the man in the back (presumably a dangerous person) who has a wide mouth could hurt/kill them but the 2 girls STILL worry about perfume. Once you understand this it is actually quite comforting.
