The food thing for him is that RUclips doesn't care if it is a thumbs up or down, they just recognize it as people interacting with the video and therefore boosting it in view probability.

I was like wow this is perfect without the chorus but then once it switched on I was blown away with how thick/full sounding it was! Also keep yourself alive was perfect :)

@@MarcoGDiMarco Hey Mr Marco have you ever used 3mm felt guitar picks that's what I use they don't make that scrapping sound like plastic picks and I use GHS precision 9 gauge flatwound strings but for the high strings I take a pack of 8s and use them so I can solo easier
Fantastic set up🙌. 2 dimed ac30s and running your modulation through its own amp. Each amp having a attenuator. To not piss off the sound guy👍. And most importantly your fingers. People have played Brain mays rig before. And still they sound nothing like him. You have his tone nailed man. Bravo👏.
Back to amps at last! Question to you: how does the use of the Drop pedal affect feedback on the guitar? Obviously the sound coming from the amp is not the same frequency as that coming from the guitar, so my guess is that it will impair feedback or at least modify the guitar's reaction. What's your experience?
Excellent question. Your reasoning is perfect, in fact I confirm that the feedback is less evident and not exactly linear for the reasons you have listed. In fact I usually turn it OFF when doing the Guitar Solo.

I've tried some...the problem with those CE-1 clone are the same problems with a real CE-1. Impedance and clipping problems...that's Brian modified his pedal back in the days. Great pedals, but they're not "plug and play" for us BM fans...for the way we want to use it. Fortunately the CE-20 gives me the same sound without any problem.

If that's the case@@MarcoGDiMarcothen the CE-1 clone makers should make a Brian May mod version, for the clones are way smaller than the CE-20 and the original CE-1, which can be helpful for others (the same way that your foXXX Phaser occupies less space compared to the versions with the expression control).
Why doesn’t the sound get distorted when using the delay pedal? When i try to play something it just distorts because the sounds lay on top of eachother, how do i fix that
I have a bit of intermodulation, especially when the volume on the RS is up full. If you're using just one amp I'm sure you're experiencing a bigger problem. With two amps it's not perfect but acceptable, with three amps is ok. ì

Beautiful. Great playing and sound. I stumbled on this looking for the chorus sound that Brian uses. I read somewhere he used a modified Roland chorus as normal chorus pedals seem to colour the sound too much, but your pedal nailed it. Do your effect to straight into the front of the wet amp?
Brian modified the CE-1 back in the days, mainly because he had problems of clipping. Unfortunately the CE-20, in CE-1 mode, doesn't have this problem. Yes, the wet signal goes straight into the input of my left amp.

It was the fryer BM deluxe but when it come it was battery only no 9v input. I researched it and thought it had one but that was the fryer delux not BM. I spoke to Brian may guitars today and they confirmed that they are getting some KATs in the next few weeks hopefully so I’m going to sit sight for one of them 🤞
Why do you prefer to use pedal to make guitar tune half tone down, instead of tuning them in Eb? What connection unit do you use to split two guitars' singnal into the pedal board?
Because I want to “feel” the guitar as usual under the hands. So no slacken strings because of the different tuning (and no, I don’t want to change the gauge because of that). That’s why I prefer to de-tune it via a pedal. The splitter is the Chorus pedal really, after that the sound is stereo. Right channel dry and left one wet.

If you look closely, in front of the amps there are mics. The sound from them goes into the PA, the big amplification system that spreads the sound throughout the square.
Not at all. No latency or problems in terms of sound, at least using it at -1 semitone. Guitar feedback is not the best one anyway, as the guitar produce a note while the amp is producing a different one...so it's not very natural. But for the rest it's a great pedal.

I use a Pedal Power 2 Plus to power up tuner, wah, phaser, chorus and delay. Wireless receiver and the Digitech pedal have their own dedicated power supplies.

Ottimo pedale. Latenza trascurabile poiché praticamente inesistente. Suona bene fino ad un tono in meno secondo me, dopodiché snatura eccessivamente il tono originale della chitarra. Io lo uso ad un semitono in meno e come puoi sentire dal video il 90% del suono originale c'é...più che accettabile in contesti live. Il feedback diventa strano e poco naturale poiché la chitarra risuona in una nota, mentre gli ampli ne emettono un altra. Per il resto nulla da dire...ne ho un paio!

Nulla di magico. L’AC30 tirato al massimo manda in saturazione le valvole, le quali producono un suono distorto e confuso. Col Treble Booster si manda ancor più segnale, creando ancor più distorsione ma con un’enfasi sulle medio-alte, restituendo chiarezza al suono. Prima che esistessero i distorsori a pedale si faceva così.
Vabbè che stavi al aperto quindi il volume si disperde più facilmente del chiuso ma non voglio lo stesso immaginare il volume bestiale che c’era la sopra😅

Can I ask how you have both amps connected to a single wireless system
Because the wireless receiver is before the sound is split in stereo (via the Chorus pedal).

Latenza trascurabile poiché praticamente inesistente.
Suona bene fino ad un tono in meno secondo me, dopodiché snatura eccessivamente il tono originale della chitarra.
Io lo uso ad un semitono in meno e come puoi sentire dal video il 90% del suono originale c'é...più che accettabile in contesti live.
Il feedback diventa strano e poco naturale poiché la chitarra risuona in una nota, mentre gli ampli ne emettono un altra.
Per il resto nulla da dire...ne ho un paio!

Deluxe più potente e spiccato sulle medie/medio-alte.
Touring più scarico e morbido.

Nulla di magico.
L’AC30 tirato al massimo manda in saturazione le valvole, le quali producono un suono distorto e confuso.
Col Treble Booster si manda ancor più segnale, creando ancor più distorsione ma con un’enfasi sulle medio-alte, restituendo chiarezza al suono.
Prima che esistessero i distorsori a pedale si faceva così.

A dire la verità gli ampli saranno stati attenuati di uno, massimo due scatti... :)
Vabbè che stavi al aperto quindi il volume si disperde più facilmente del chiuso ma non voglio lo stesso immaginare il volume bestiale che c’era la sopra😅
