You might expect the watch i'd never sell to be an Audemars Piquet or a Patek Philippe, but in reality, the watch andrew would never sell would be his Longines Avigation BigEye.
What would be the watch that you would never sell?

My never sell watch would be my Hamilton Khaki King. It represent my son being born.
Same with my Rolex OP I wore it when my daughter was born and bought it right when I found out she was on her way
Do you enjoy your hamilton?
I'm looking to buy, but not 100% convinced
@ryMervx the best things about watches are linking them to memories and story’s for me
Great watch overall too though hahaha
@@RUclips_is_full_of_trolls I wear my khaki king everyday, one of my favourite watches. It takes a beating too
Longines are very under rated. I have a cheaper quartz movement basic classic over 21 years on 4th battery that keeps great time and is beautiful
I agree but that’s how Swatch has chosen to position their brand. Longines has a lot of history but to be quite honest, it’s just too affordable of a brand to be respected.
@@freegibran”too affordable to be respected” that might be the dumbest shit i’ve ever heard 😂😂
@@nsnsikdksksksospapap Seeing as how you read it and didn’t hear it, proves you’re exactly the kind of customer Longines is looking for. Godspeed.
@@freegibranI’ve never heard of watch companies needing to be expensive to be respected, especially at the kind of level like Longines.
@freegibran you're the reason why rolex is wildly overpriced 😂 same type that's willing to pay a "market adjustment" on their new vehicle?
Cya clown
I feel like everyone can agree that nobody would sell a watch that has some sort of a personal connection to it. Everything else is expendable 🤷♂️
Thank God finally I see someone talking up this great watch brand.
I bought the titanium blue dial version of this watch 5 days ago. It's an absolute beauty and incredibly well priced. I love it. The Longines Heritage Collection and Spirit line are some of the most attractive watches out there.
Absolutely love this watch!
Love my Big Eye too!! Fantastic piece!! 👏👏🔥🔥
No, it's great on nato & such a beautiful piece there 👌🏻✨
Longines! True watch enthusiasts know this is a company with heritage and amazing movements. Beautiful!
Wow, this one immediately went to #1 on my wish list.
Absolutely loved this watch (the blue dial) in pictures and dreamed of it for so long. It was not available anywhere in my country. When I went to Qatar for the World Cup, I found it in one of the malls and got extremely excited. Tried it on and I must say I was quite disappointed. The chronograph hand was misaligned (I know, it can be adjusted) and I just couldn’t stand that big eye 😂 so it very quickly was dethroned as one of my grail watches. That being said, I’m glad you love yours!
I have 2 watches I'd never sell. My Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba and my Seiko SRPF03 Samurai. I just love'em.
Love my bigeye. So satisfying to start, stop & reset.
I love Longines, so underrated
Their conquest heritage 35mm is a lovely watch
I'd never sell my Tiffany & Co. Chronograph quarter repeater.
Great Choice !! Love the Big Eye !
Speedmaster for sure. Iconic and just so reliable and legible.
I own a flagship automatic 18k gold, love that watch
I never sell my first, first watch, first automatic, first luxury watch, and then i ended up with 12 watches that i would never sell...
The Avigation Big Eye Titanium is my favorite watch.
My first watch was a sekonda bought by my parents for me one year for Xmas when I was around 7/8 yrs old so 1975/76, I’d give anything to have that watch now
Good marketing, almost bought one 😂
To be honest it’s one of the most attractive dials I have ever seen
Big eye is amazing
I wouldn’t sell my seiko 5, my first real watch, so that’s a keeper…
My first to third watches were all seiko , not that I would sell , it’s just , nobody would buy mine as a used one since they are so affordable new 😂
@@jeff346 you’d be surprised. I bought a seiko skx007 about 7 years ago and it’s worth well over twice the price now even if I sold it used.
I’m so keen to know .. where did they buy those clocks in the background??
Definitely I would never sell the 1964 Omega Speedmaster Professional that I inherited from my late father after he passed away two years ago.
Damn, now Im'a needing to go look up a new watch, that's gorgeous !
Gorgeous... eventhough I prefer divers. This tachograph is pure class
I was thinking of getting spirit green edition, but I realized it's too thick, might think of taking the big eye
I have a longines and it's great. Also have a very nice tissot, don't break the bank, know your watches and there's quality out there for good value
I have my eye on a few Longines, they are gorgeous and seem to have good value. Tissot (PRX blue) and Tudor (BB58 blue) owner here. Between a number of micro-brands and Longines, I’m having a tough time deciding… maybe by the time a big birthday comes in Feb I’ll treat myself…
There’s nothing wrong with the nato on it. Aside from the strength of the hardware on the strap itself, they’re all essentially just as good as any other nato.
What’s wrong w/ that particular nato?
I love the big eye, sold mines because the chronograph is a pain to use, a standard chronograph layout (speedmaster) is much easier to read vs the 3x’s tables on all typeXX watches have. Still a great looking watch.
I got the same longines , I’m gonna keep it because I tried to sell it watchbox and they said no thanks .
Do you know the model number?
Which longines is that? I not super familiar with their brand
Bigeye avigation
Totaly agree I have the same watch and a bunch of otherss (including rolex omega) and this is my favorite
I would never sell my iced out RM because it’s worth fuck all now
I love my Big Eye!
Most handsome chrono ever produced
The rolled up sleeves. Creepy.
I agree man I have some heavily priced wrist time pieces. Still to this Eighty dollars fifty fathoms knock off does pretty good.
Marathon Jumbo Pilot CSAR will leave the Earth with me. A true work horse
Wow, very nice watch
Tried it on… it shrunk on my wrist to looking tiny.
Tastes change, and nothing is permanent.
Except: Death and Taxes…. 😁
What is the reference on this one
What is it called
I love this freaking watch. I would never sell any of my G shocks. They are the most important watches to me and they are also the cheapest.
Love it but why do watch brands need to print automatic on the dial?
Almost everyone does it. It’s so that you don’t forget and put a battery in it
My explorer probably. Was the first object I ever spent a good chunk of my own money on
I've got a trench watch from 1905 from elgin that I cherish. It would be a toss up between my trench and my Minerva field watch from ww2 germany.
Nobody would buy that watch second hand though..😅😅😅
That a good make .
Whats the models name?
I’ve a lovely collection from cartier to ap. The watches i wouldn’t sell are pretty much all of my Tudor pieces.
There is another longines on my list but i feel this one
I owned this watch for a very brief amount of time. Fell in love with the dial, but the case is way too slab sided and thick
How much??
Mine is a Festina chrono, my first “proper” watch gifted by my mom, it’s worth maybe 200-300$ but never going to sell it
I’d sell that for food if I was hungry lol
IF "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" was a watch...I don't think that I will find 5 guys to love that watch 😅
It looks like a cheaper version of a Breguet XX
I work in a charity shop I had to sell a watch of this brand
This reminds me of dudes in lifted trucks that never touch the dirt
I’d never sell my 216570.
Don’t freaking tempt me with the Big Eye 😡
Get it, get it! Second hand ones are quite affordable, however I have noticed of late they are starting to get the attention of collectors. Especially the original GPHG one in this video.
I've done large hotel buys since 2008. Done with retail and doing online sales. Looking for buyers want steady flow if high end watches, fine jewelry. Interest?
He’s saying that coz he doesn’t have an AP or Patek😂
Try a Blancpain 2185F
Looks like a timex😂
What an amazing piece! Pause
If it were the difference between making that ten percent ownership of the property you wanted... Yeah, you should sell it. Property is so much more important and infinitely more valuable.
What’s the reference for this beauty?! 😍
Never mind! Found it!
@@brewerjasoncan you tell me the reference, please?
ring k-mart
Longines was god tier until the quartz era took over.
Nothing extra ordinary here
This is the only watch i have
I sold it last month 😂
I love mine
I hate this video so much that I just purchased it. Ughhh. Such a beautiful piece.
3atm W/R is a total deal breaker. This watch looks amazing, but that’s kinda silly these days.
It’s for a pilot not much swimming going on in the sky pal
What? Pilot look down at big eye sub dial so they don't get confused. In that case he's not fit to be a pilot. Look at the so many dials inside the cockpit - shhheeesh
My never sell is a Sub my grandfather gave me just before he passed
Beauty
I'd never sell my watches as people would never want to buy them 🤣 I think watches are a personal choice, some history or story behind them there's always a reason. I don't think I could buy a watch and say it's an "investment"
And who turned down £300k so not to schill ? 'Ol Timmy toff snob Adrian ?
I will never sell my Rolex OP 41. It’s tied to my daughters birth
Never sell? You can’t take them with you when you die and most likely your kids or their kids won’t have a passion for your hobby. Sell them all, using your knowledge and connections and skill to raise top dollar and give your kids something they can appreciate.
What's Nay Do-Like Po Tay Doh?
My fossil fs5876
Which is better Longines or Tag Heuer
Rolex
@@WatchUnwind was my question" which watch you can't purchase even if you have the money to buy it because ADs have created artificial demand by keeping supply short"?
It seems that hobbyists agree to dislike TAG. Of course there are TAG fans and Hublot fans.
@@rambo68 I had a long response to this question I was jk about Rolex. Weird seems they deleted it sorry about that.
both are crap
Banger, but there's a reason you never showed the thickness. LOL. Unweildy
That’s just a cheap iwc
No way. The IWC is just an overpriced Longines for those with more money than sense.
@@ericgrace9995 ok
beautiful but too thick
True that - thick and sickkkkk
Ai Peis ?!?! 😂
I hate that strap!!! That is all
Better than richard mille
Watch nerds are the worst 😅
