I'm not sure how to say this for the meaning to be translated, but the first half of the video looks to be a bit more 'upscale' than normal shopping areas. By that I mean that the working class people would probably avoid places like this and go to a cheaper street market instead. This seems to be more for businessmen and their families 😀 I filmed one place like this in Kanazawa but I don't normally visit shopping centers like this. The Christmas lights look very good though, they are simple but suit the center well. Actually at the end it looked like some type of transit area, so this shopping center would make sense, it is like a shopping center that you would find in an airport. I have a question for you. Do Korean credit cards work in Japan? My American cards would only work half of the time and that was mostly in hotel chains, but not all of them. Tower records did accept my card though which surprised me.
The underground shopping center is very large, and unlike the underground shopping centers in Korea, each store is well organized and the underground shopping area is connected to the department store. It's good to get off the subway and go here and there, and there was a lot to see and a lot to eat. There were mostly clothing stores. I can use a Korean credit card but in Japan there are many shops that only accept cash, and I used cash because of the card fee.
I've been following your channel for about 2 years (I think). I watch walking videos on other channels, in Japan and China as well. And I'm enjoying seeing Japanese street scenes through your lens. Although, judging by the name of your channel, your initial proposal was to film in Korea, it's always good to try other places. The East is fascinating in its entirety, I love it. Thank you for your new walking content in Japan as well. 😃
Thank you always for watching my channel with interest for a long time. Last year, I traveled to Japan for the first time in my life. I wanted to film the wonderful attractions in the video and I could feel the fun and happy atmosphere because it was Christmas season. Several Japanese videos are still scheduled to be uploaded, so I hope you enjoy watching them.😃
