There is no way of removing snow that way in NJ after an extremely heavy and wet coastal storm. But, that would have worked perfectly for the snow we just got yesterday.
It works for wet heavy snow as well if you have a snow broom or an extendable snow brush with a flat head like you see here. The flat surface, regardless of the wash mitt, acts as a plow to move heavy snow. The mitt protects the paint from scratches. Try it; you'll be surprised.
