Vacation Village at Parkway, a Great Disney Resort Alternative

- Parkway is a RCI gold crown timeshare or cash property in Kissimmee Florida about 5 minutes from Walt Disney World located on route 192. There are many restaurants and a variety of different businesses very close and in walking distance. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. All rooms have a living room, bedroom, bathroom and either a full or partial kitchen. Some rooms have a view of the Epcot ball and you can see the nightly fireworks in the distance. If you are looking for a place to stay near Disney World that is much cheaper then Disney prices, this is a great alternative.

U did a great job on the video. We just stayed last week. Stayed in building 6 the pet friendly building. Our unit was a 1 bed deluxe. Old style not what you’re showing in the video, still a really nice place!!! We were there 5 days, each day we went to a different pool, our favorite was building 16. Best pool with a vendor selling awesome hotdogs and burgers. Very reasonable!!! Property is immaculate! So close to everything!! Thanks for the video😊
Hello there! Thanks so much for your feedback! We love staying there! We usually stay in the newer buildings but did stay in an older style a couple of times as well. I think this is a gem being so close to Disney World that not many people know about. Glad we found it though! I didn’t realize that they had pet friendly buildings so thanks for the info. Hope you have many more great vacations at Parkway! :)
we stayed at disney world for two weeks, and this was our first hotel, but our shower creaked, sounded like it could collapse at any moment, we had no paintings, but I still just really liked this hotel, and then for our last week of our disney world experience we stayed at saratoga springs on disney property next to disney springs
I own here. VACATION VILLAGE , has some of biggest rooms of all timeshares. Massanutten is great too
Hi Queen Lola! We really love staying in the newest building, it’s like a totally different resort from the older rooms. The older buildings are still very nice but a very different feel to them. Just stayed in building 17 in a partial. We stay here a lot.

Hi there! Yes you can request one of the newer buildings when you check in. Buildings 20 and 21 over look the pool and 22 is further down. I hope you enjoy your stay!

Hi Amy! We own a timeshare so we just go on the RCI site but my husband thinks you can book it through Expedia. Good luck, hope this helps.

Do the partial kitchen still have a stove
Hi there! It has been a few years since we have stayed in a partial kitchen but as I remember there was not a stove but an electric hot plate. It also had a microwave, toaster and full sized refrigerator. The newer buildings (20,21,22) have larger rooms than the older buildings. I hope this helps. Enjoy your stay! :)
How many people can stay here? This is a really nice property.
The one bedroom unit sleeps 4. You can rent both sides to get 8 people.

Hi CSpice! So RCI won’t handle any requests instead you have to call the resort directly about 2 weeks in advance to request what you want. Requests are not always granted but most times they are. Which ones the newer buildings?
Hi, the newer buildings are the tall high rise type buildings in front and are numbered 20, 21 and 22. We prefer buildings 20 and 21 because they have the best view of the pool but be sure to request pool view if that is what you want. The last time we were there they were also building more of the newer style buildings but were not finished as of last fall. Hope this helps :)
