I usually try to find them online , whoever got better price as long as it’s an oem part that’s all it’s matter - I do e-bay , Amazon, Partstown and i compare whoever is cheaper is the winner , as I said whoever sales oem I buy from .
love this content, really learning a lot but is there a seal between the red part and the white part of the housing? or is it just really two plastic parts just put together, wondering how this is for hygiene and cleanability in terms of the seam accumulating bacteria and food
There is no seal and unless you damage the base by dropping it or when one of the screw support brakes of and two half of the base become loose , that would couse food and grim getting into the opening other wise is pretty thigh seal between those two half , I always clean my base after I’m done working with a light bleach and water solution , no abrasive stuff just towel , keeps it pretty sanitary ,besides all the process is done inside the bowl to begin with so as long as your bowl it’s clean the whole process of blending or choping is clean as well. Most importantly Is to replace the bearing seal ones a year that would protect any liquid to get in and mess up the motor bearing .
@@andyscommercialequipmentre4651 thanks Andy really appreciate the responses, I guess that motor seal is probably the most critical component to maintain and regularly replace and I'm sure that most places only replace it when it's too late
Yes sir , do it ones a year I would say but it really depend on how you use your unit- I got 2 of those that i used for the last 10 years , never change it couse I only use it 1 a week and at the same time I don’t blend anything liquify so no moisture ever sips thru the seal . At the end of the day 25.00 of the seal cost is way better then 250.0 to repair it .
I’m not sure what wire are you talking about , can you send me a picture of it , that would clear the confusion, usually there are only 3 wires to reconnect .
Where to find parts for those robots cups?

@@andyscommercialequipmentre4651 yep and that applies to everything basically in those proportions, proper maintenance will save you lots of money
I noticed when looking at the wire there is an open fiber wire running through, what do I do with that wire if the replacement cord only has 3 wires?
