Hi, Thanks for your videos, I have a robot coup for 5 years in a commercial kitchen. For the pasted few weeks our machine is being acting up, it start for few seconds or few minutes and suddenly STOP and make a weird sound like the motor still on but the bearing it stop/blocked (not sure how to describe that noises). So we have to stop the machine and move back and forth the bearing, and start it again, something it start right away and sometime it do not start and keep on doing this weird noise so have to repeat the same process. What do you think it is going on? And what should I do? The shaft seal is actually in very good condition (but will replace it as you said). Thanks

Sound like your bearing is bad , if you keep running it that way you might damage the motor , if the thermo switch ( the reset button on the buttom of the unit ) will mulfuction witch can happen after several on and of times the motor might finally burn out , i recommend that you either get it to someone to get the bearing replace or do it your self ( if you handy enough )
It takes at least an hour to do it but bearing are cheap .
