冇權限唔係淨係唔可以消除絕罰咁簡單，根據天主教法典，某一啲嘅特殊罪過係由正權主教或教宗（舊天主教法典曾再細分為簡易、特別的、最特別的，三級）所保留，一般聽告解神父，除咗特別授權之外，係冇赦免權。
原理是一樣，衹是語言問題，最重要誠意真心悔改，皈依天主。受訜者沒有問題，主持人卻令人誤解。
