start a game with 0 starting resources, 0 weapons and 0 army and you'll notice that within a minute, the wolf has army worth over 1000 gold while having 10 peasants or so working. only explanation: they are literally cheating gold.
What I have learned from an experience, if you have built churches and chapels and taverns, you can literally get small tax from the peasants and do not provide any food for them and happiness would increase!
For low effort gameplay, I've always enjoyed cathedral + church + max nice buildings. Your peasants will subsist entirely on the vibes, no need to ever check your stockpiles or granary, you can sell everything that comes in and buy whatever you need to keep making buildings and troops.

I'm pretty sure literally everyone watching these already know how great ale is for popularity and that 1 Inn = 30 people for 100% coverage, and that you'll probably make enough hops and/or ale to sell for more money. Not sure how much more there really is to it than that.
You could make an ale video explaining the efficiency how many hops plantation are needed, how many breweries per plantation and how many inns per brewery is efficient :)

Plus, I couldn't beat the good path cause the Hawk mission was bugged where every range units fires their bows nonstop out of place. Then ofc, killin William's waifu and discount Obiwan bruh along with old boomer king and become Emperor Douchebag before the other two loser lords. Best Serpent Kenji main character path EVAR!
tbh the stronghold 2 villains all sucks, the campaign is a joke and miles and miles away from stronghold1. surprisingly the economy campagne was rly good imo.

I wanted to voted for the Mcloud (The Bull) cause he had good character and a decent army, but he had so little screen time to know more about Mcloud. Love the ending, as for Lord Barclay (The Hammer) I would consider him my second favorite below Angus Mcloud. Would give more detail, but I hate texting large comments like this.
I more surprised about Olag (The last Viking) almost closing in on Edwin. He's the second worst when it comes too Edwin. He's just a generic Duke the truffle (The Pig), but more dumb and useless, but like Edwin, had too much screen time in the single player campaign probably. My bad on another shitty long comment.

About multiple workers stuff, press Zzz button 2 times really quickly (if you're slow you can pause inbetween 2 presses)
