Stanford is a special case. At the inception of Oct 7, shortly after, the Arab students on campus, nearly all from foreign countries, set up a legal location to distribute literature and speak with those interested. The President was implored by students and alumni to address this. He said, we all can say what we want. The demand of him was to address the sense of hostility, the same that one sees in most Arab countries. As long as they were quiet and availed themselves of the benefits of being on campus, it was deemed by the President that this activity would continue. The President emasculated the wishes of the majority of the Stanford campus. This blow up proves the failure of the Stanford President. He should resign immediately. He is a failure. He failed the Stanford community.

The students who are protesting are from every walk of life including of Jewish background. They show us exactly what Israel can't - equality, human rights and co-existence that doesn't involve violence and stealing resources.

Not unreasonable to not want our money to go to Israel. Whether it be through business deals or taxes. It's not like not eating at Burger King. The schools already took thousands of dollars and if they want their degree, they'll spend many thousands more.

I applaud the young lady at the end referencing the student protests from decades ago. The irony is that she’s a product of communist Vietnam, where there is no free speech and political dissidents are imprisoned (ei. Russia, china, North Korea, etc). Most Arab students on campus are non Americans. They do NOT bring American values or even understanding of the founding documents. They're getting an education and then leave. So, their aggressive stance is untenable and deserves punishment. At Stanford, the world would sell the first born to get access. The protestors there were like wifes of the students, and people not from the campus community.

As of the time of writing, more than thirty-four thousand Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli military in Gaza, almost certainly a massive undercount. On US campuses, that figure is zero.
And don't forget the thousands being held by Israel without charges or trials, which include children, most of whom are tortured.
