@@Himball Hi hun, no you can only renew an adult passport and in your case you will be renewing from a child to an adult which won't be possible. Atleast not as yet.
My husband had the same issues. He finally got through, he even called them. They are no help .smh He did it on his phone and then the site asked him if he would like to add his card to Google pay, and he did. Then the payment went through. He has been trying for over a month.
@@Nobias540 I brought it along with the receipt to the passport office when collecting my new passport. They however didn't stamp out my old passport because my visa is in it. So all they did was look at it and then hand me my new passport. I hope this information was helpful 😊
