    I love watching these videos. I'm on a low-sodium diet. Therefore, I make my own salad dressing mixes which I find online. Either I cut the salt in the recipes in half or I don't put salt in them at all. Just thought I'd share that with every one.

    Short ribs here are completely different than those and are beef. Those here are called Southern Style Country Ribs and they always have bones in them. Very inexpensive. I usually cut some of the fat away too cause there's just too much of it. That sounds yummy! I'll be trying this very soon.

    I can sharpen knives. I would be afraid if I sharpened it Mikey would hurt himself. And we can't allow him to hurt his fingers he has to be able to play and sing he is very good at that. I always look forward to his songs I won't hit hardly wait to be on another live show. Your friend in Indianapolis my name is James

    Check with your grocery store to see if they will sharpen knives. We have a Schnucks grocery store and they sharpen them for free.

    Either that was the last dinosaur pig those ribs came from or they are cow ribs and the fat on them can be tallowy tasting good job removing the fat. Looks like another great suggestion

      How did you like the dill ranch ribs vs regular ranch? Which was your favorite?

    • @MikeyGoode
      @MikeyGoode  7 лет назад +1

      Kim Honeycutt It just gave it a little dill flavor. Honestly, I wouldn't be able to tell much of a difference had we did it either way. The main flavors that came out (at least on my tongue) was the smoke and salt in the bacon as well as the ranch flavoring from the packets.

    Mickey I have used country style ribs in the crock pot but they end up dry the next day or even the same day will the bacon eep them moist so they don't become dry?

    can u start them on high and then turn to low and can u use like slab ribs cut in parts?

    • @MikeyGoode
      @MikeyGoode  6 лет назад

      Not sure. The lower and slower you cook the ribs, the more tender they'll be. Cooking them on high to start might make them tough.
