Pour the condensed milk over the pineapple! A quick and incredibly delicious recipe!
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 can of pineapple (570 g)
Grind everything into a homogeneous puree
25g instant gelatin + ~ 70ml cold water
Let it sit for a while to allow the gelatin to swell
500 g yogurt or sour cream
~ 150 g condensed milk
25g instant gelatin + ~ 70ml cold water
Let the gelatine soak for a few minutes. Melt gelatin
Melt the first portion of gelatin in the same way.
I took a silicone mold
Pour out both liquids in a chaotic order.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Place the hardened dessert on a serving platter.
The cut of this dessert is incredibly beautiful!
Delicious and easy!
