But instead he chose Brooke who was always going to support her son over Ridge and then kept knocking on Taylor door every time Brooke did something wrong. Storyline and the writing of the show went to crap post 2002 and now that I’m watching these clips, I’m so glad I stopped watching it when I did. It became utter garbage

I've seen this, what Ridge is talking about is that Rick dated his daughter Phebe. Rick was driving with Phebe in the car. He ended up some how driving into a tree. The crash was so bad it killed Phebe. Ridge, Taylor, Steffy and Thomas are all grieving hard core. Brooke lift her son above Ridge. Ridge comes second. At work Ridge demoted from being the President. The Logans faught for Rick to become President and he got the job. Because at the time, Rick actually killed Phebe and didn't go to jail or get a felony. Rick was very deceitful about the matter and Ridge and Taylor knew Rick was Lying. Ridge and Thomas was giving Rick helle that is why Ridge was taken down from being President of Forrester Creations. Now Rick wants to date Steffy and Ridge won't let him. Rick claims he love Steffy. All that is, lust and testosterone. This is why Ridge can't live with Brooke and Rick. the car crash was phoebe 's fault. she was angry with Rick for kissing steffy. she grabbed the steering wheel. and the car lost control. and she wasn't wearing a seat belt. steffy told phoebe that Rick kissed her and she went off the rails. steffy and Rick both feeling guilty hot together. .

After watching this, clearly Ridge is grieving and looking to blame someone. Rick being in the car & as the driver meant he was always going to be blamed whether it actually was or wasn’t all his fault. Ridge has hated Rick for a long time and vice versa, so both of them would’ve had their emotions elevated by Phoebe’s death. If you ask me, Ridge never should’ve hooked up with Brooke because, right from the beginning, it aggravated Rick and confused him. He never got therapy or counselling for it so he suffered. I remember when he was a child, Taylor did offer to give him counselling but Brooke declined. So Rick’s anger festered over the years & to be honest, if I were Rick, I’d be pissed too knowing that my ”brother” is bedding my mother...But what bothers me most about the scene, is Ridge was so upset with Rick but he continued to go back to Brooke & put her in the middle. But instead he chose Brooke who was always going to support her son over Ridge and then kept knocking on Taylor door every time Brooke did something wrong. Storyline and the writing of the show went to crap post 2002 and now that I’m watching these clips, I’m so glad I stopped watching it when I did. It became utter garbage

I've seen this, what Ridge is talking about is that Rick dated his daughter Phebe. Rick was driving with Phebe in the car. He ended up some how driving into a tree. The crash was so bad it killed Phebe. Ridge, Taylor, Steffy and Thomas are all grieving hard core.
Brooke lift her son above Ridge. Ridge comes second. At work Ridge demoted from being the President. The Logans faught for Rick to become President and he got the job. Because at the time, Rick actually killed Phebe and didn't go to jail or get a felony. Rick was very deceitful about the matter and Ridge and Taylor knew Rick was Lying. Ridge and Thomas was giving Rick helle that is why Ridge was taken down from being President of Forrester Creations. Now Rick wants to date Steffy and Ridge won't let him. Rick claims he love Steffy. All that is, lust and testosterone. This is why Ridge can't live with Brooke and Rick. Rick do things to get on Ridge last nerve, and can't bring peace to Ridge concerning the death of his daughter Phebe. Only Taylor can bring peace to Ridge because she is a Dr. Taylor Jays a psychiatrist.

After watching this, clearly Ridge is grieving and looking to blame someone. Rick being in the car & as the driver meant he was always going to be blamed whether it actually was or wasn’t all his fault. Ridge has hated Rick for a long time and vice versa, so both of them would’ve had their emotions elevated by Phoebe’s death. If you ask me, Ridge never should’ve hooked up with Brooke because, right from the beginning, it aggravated Rick and confused him. He never got therapy or counselling for it so he suffered. I remember when he was a child, Taylor did offer to give him counselling but Brooke declined. So Rick’s anger festered over the years & to be honest, if I were Rick, I’d be pissed too knowing that my ”brother” is bedding my mother...But what bothers me most about the scene, is Ridge was so upset with Rick but he continued to go back to Brooke & put her in the middle. I really hate Brooke but she is Rick’s mother; so she would defend her son. And if Ridge was that upset, instead of making Brooke feel like shit, he should’ve left.
