Hook: Standard saltwater hook, size 2/0.
Thread: UTC 140 Denier, white.
Eyes/Weight: Painted dumbbell eyes, 1/4-inch.
Underbody: Bucktail, white.
Tails: 4 dark-olive saddle hackles.
Flash: Krystal Flash, gold.
Belly: Bucktail, white.
Collar: Dubbing, bright red.
Back: Bucktail, olive.

In the knotting world, specifically lashing, the circular turns under the dumbbell eyes are known as frapping wraps.
Your tying videos have always been the best. However, here you have reached true mastery. This is as good as instructional fly tying gets. Im very excited to see what comes next.

I am going to try to fish this fly for bass. I’ll probably go to a size 6 hook. What would be your recommendation?

You should tie a Red Devil created by cooper gilkies on Martha’s Vineyard you need a floating line and fish it very slow but there is no videos or any knowledge on it in less you go to coops bait and tackle on Martha’s Vineyard I’ll send you a step by step series of picture one time on how to tie it it’s my go to pattern for current
