Here's a tip to improve the build. Since once you stack a perk, it will give multiplicatively less. It's better to stack a different perk for more pve damage. For example if you use reaper twice. You will get 15% + 11.25% and then lesser than 11.25% on the third one. So it's a better to get this setup. Reaper perk(15% godly perk) Reaper perk (now at 11.25%) Conqueror (10% pve damage common perk) Conqueror again Slayer (8% pve common damage).
What do you mean by this because if you're saying that each perk is counted differently such as 2 reaper would be 1.3x instead of 1.15x1.15 and if it was a different perk such as conq it would be 1.15 (reaper) x 1.1 ( conq) . Then in that case 4 reaper and 1 conq would be best as conq only starts to be worth more multiplicatively once you have 4 reaper perks. When you get to 4 reaper which is 1.6x a conq would be worth 16% basically instead of 10% when you multiply them together 1.6 times 1.1. summary: if you're saying that the same perk is additive while different perks are multiplicative then the best way to stack these perks is 4 reaper and 1 conqueror which would get you 1.76x multiplier from perks while 5 reaper perks would get you 1.75 so the different is pretty much nonexistent.
