This is hugely popular in Norway and Sweden. I have been using snus/zyn for 10 years and it helped me stop smoking. Its definatly a bad habit but its not like a huge danger for your health tbh. Snus/zyn is a good thing, especially for smokers.

Been using a can a day for 5 years. No cavities, no stomach pains, no ulcers. Resting heart rate is consistently low 40s. Only "issue" is BP tends to be around 130/82 which still is superior to most people who don't even use Zyn. Take care of your body if you're gonna use this or alcohol, or any other substance!

Same. Have had no change to my health and I'm checked quarterly due to my job. If there's one thing the three letter "news" outlets like it's scaring you into giving up your rights. It's they who should give up their rights, especially the first amendment rights they love to hide behind

In certain countries like the UK and Canada and others they have banned cigarette/vape purchases if you are born after a certain year, so this will phase out smoking in the future and not inflict those already addicted. I think the promotion on tik Tok in these pouches is the tobacco companies way of beating the system. Just a thought.

It's the nicotine that gets you addicted. The tobacco isn't that bad when you just have tobacco. It's all the additives that make it horrible for you. Young people are really dumb these days though. The info is at the tip of their fingers, but they won't look it up.

    • @Rob-r8y

They definitely put other stuff besides nicotine into cigarettes. Nicotine isn't all that bad and its in alot of stuff, its even found in some vegetables.

@@emsauce75 Its not just the nicotine you get addicted to is what im saying. They blame the nicotine and then use ways to make it more addictive.
Also most young people are not smoking cigarettes. These days mystery vapes from china are the cool thing to do.

Every generation has its idiots. My father and grandfather both smoked like chimneys. My dad then went to chewing tobacco and nearly lost his jaw. Still we're way down from the nearly 50% of Americans that smoked in the 50s and 60s.
TLDR, our parents and grandparents were dumb too.
