@@0Blueaura And it’s not “uneducated hate towards police officers” do you think it’s towards every single one? No, it’s American police in general. It’s easy to say this shit when your country has strict requirements then just a high school diploma and a few fucking months. A video of an America cop shooting someone justifiably doesn’t change the fact that they shoot 2000 people a year unjustifiably. In your country, when a cop does something stupid and cost someone their life they get fired, in ours they get a temporary paid suspension. It’s funny the people you’re calling “uneducated, dumb trolls” are people that are literally saying they want our police to have the same requirements as yours.

If he had his flashlight in left then he couldn't quickly deflect the gun properly (as shown from the cop car cam) to move slightly crouch strafing to the left which could've led to him getting shot because the time it takes for him to draw his weapon versus him agility moving would've resulted in a completely different outcome. Unsure if this was planned as the 2nd Officer was covering that direction and did it near perfectly but I really think if he had done it the proper way, he would've died or worse but it's all speculation. Everything is happening in split milliseconds so that touch he did gave enough time for the offender to miss shots. Basically, the proper way isn't always the best way.

Edit: I am aware the conversion wasn't small talk on the officers end, I was more talking about how the guy was just casually answering (yes, he seemed nervous, but lots of people are when speaking to police even when they have no reason to be) & wasn't showing outward, obvious (to untrained people) aggression, or even agrivation.
