Speechless, just speechless... There is a "pile of junk" in the truest sense of the word... She rolls up her sleeves, grins at the pile of junk, dismantles it into its components... and at the end the same "pile of junk" looks as if it had just come out of the factory.
To say that I am very impressed is an understatement.
This young lady would be a huge asset to any reputable workshop, I am sure of that.
And what impresses me even more: her hands!
You cannot tell what kind of job these hands do. No visible injuries, no visible scars... on the contrary... I don't know any mechanic who has such well-groomed hands.

Girl, one day you are going to loose your eyes by a flying metal object or blinded by careless eye protection. There are times for safety glasses but grinding should have goggles so debit or particles can not enter beneath or above the eye wear. Using your hand and clear glasses to block out an arc weld flash is careless. Not sure where this 'genius' bit comes in when cutting corners on safety. Anyway, very pretty smiling lady, great job on dismantling, repairing, and reassembling. Lovely surroundings in your area of your country. It was a very enjoyable video. Thank you. 💜👍🚜🔧🔨🪛
If I'm am alive in 15 or 20 yrs your back is not going to be know good form lifting stuff it will be in bad shape I really hope it's not and it didn't work out that way for me mine give out on me for the same thing I always was lifting stuff good luck ❤ you 👍

Great video, you work so hard you put many of us to shame. Great job on the rebuilt, why do you use the T-handle speed wrench so much, could be a little less work if you use a socket ratchet. Please be safe you take too many risk, use more gloves and mask, the sandblasting is especial dangerous to your lungs long term. We want you around for a long time and your family needs you for a long time be safe.

You should buy a flux core wire feed welding machine. Much easier to use and no more welding rods sticking

Where is the equipment needed to properly support and transport heavy equipment parts? Where is the protective welding helmet or goggles while tacking pieces early in the video? Where are the gloves and respirator to protect against the hazardous parts washing fluid? This poor girl will be seriously injured, visually impaired, and/or chronically ill before she is 40. How on Earth can you claim that safety was emphasized? This is unconscionable.

While I admire your skill and dynamism in getting old stuff refurbished and commend you for it, I have concerns about possible health risks. For example, welding, which emits copious UV radiation, without appropriate eye and skin shielding can damage the retina and can cause skin cancer. Similarly, although you wear a hood when "sand" blasting, I'm sure it is less than 100% effective in eliminating the abrasive dust particles which you then breathe in and which get into your eyes. Depending upon the "sand" used (sand (silicon dioxide), carborundum (silicon carbide), etc) you run the risk of long-term debilitating effect to your lungs and possibly cancer. Your are not invincible (unfortunately) and you need to take care of yourself - whoever is directing your work should be caring for you better than they do.
If I were wealthy I'd contribute a large sand blasting cabinet (perhaps you could build one?) and face masks/filters as well as a full set of protective gear for welding.
You are, in many ways, an inspiration to others and to young women in particular but not caring for yourself enough sets a bad example amongst all the good.
hopefully what you have said will be read in the right spirit. as you have described, it's not a criticism. I agree that the energy in the videos is wonderful, but that the safety aspects you've described are much needed. I also feel uncomfortable watching some parts of it. Plus it would help to maybe slow down a little, for example when she was attaching the gearbox casing to the engine block, with her fingers inside the gearbox casing, I was thinking that if the casing slipped or moved in any unexpected direction, that with the weight and momentum of it her fingers could have been crushed. We all want to see her continue to be successful, for a long time to come!
