As an IT Tech, I can confirm that this laptops screen hinges will break after 2 years. “Plenty memory”😂 buying anything with 8GB is buying ewaste, I’d recommend 16GB as a minimum (or buy 8 and upgrade to 16).
You’ll never get 8 hours of battery, more likely 4/5. The i3 should be alright for VERY basic tasks such as email, office and internet browsing, if you want to do more multi tasking go for an i5.

You might have gotten one from a bad batch 😅 but the HP 15 is definitely sturdy. It won’t withstand any brutal or rough conditions, but for the general use, it will definitely hold its weight.

Unless you buy their Probook range of laptops your screen hinge is made of thin glass.
Remember HP stands for Hinge Problems

Running a beast machine in normal condition is better than running a normal machine in beast mode. More Poweer under the fingertips is always good.
