Assalamualaikum and greetings all! It’s AnnyeongAisyasya💛
As you may already know, Sundubu Jjigae 순두부 찌개 (Soft Tofu Stew) is one of the most famous food in Korean restaurants. Today, Syasya is showing you guys how she usually make her own Sundubu Jjigae at home😉
P.S I forgot to add this in the video but 된장 (Dwaenjang) is Korean Soybean Paste, 쌈장 (Ssamjang) is Seasoned Soybean Paste and 고추장 (Gochujang) is Red Chilli Paste!

Saya pun suka masak korean stew macam sundubu jiggae, kimchi jiggae dan yukgaejang. Simple. Just campak campak je semua bahan dalam periuk. Tak payah tumis blended semua. 😊

iz zetty jjigae means stew .. soondubu is tauhu/ tofu .. soondubu jjigae means tofu stew ☺️ hope it helps

That paste is halal??? I can't find halal logo
When you are living in foreign country especially in non muslim country, its difficult to find the halal logo, so you just need to read through the ingredients. If it did not contain any haram things then its halal. Islam is not hard. Just in malaysia we are really depend on halal logo as we need an authorised things from the authority to avoid syubhah. its our blessing that we have that but in foreign we need to rely more on knowledge and and make better choice for each of our judgements.
