@@taylortrodden7523 it’s easy , go to workshop and there will be mod section. Look up the parts on what you need to install the mod, then go into any of your car search for the exact part(it’s almost always the most expensive green part) and buy it to inventory not for the car to the inventory. Then go back to workshop and install the mod on that part . After this you can use it
You don't have to trick the system into giving you slow cars because they'll give you ones way slower either way
Did they change it , when I was using this they usually started giving you after and faster cars depending on the last race time
