140ml (0.6cup) Milk
300g (2cups) Bread flour/wheat flour
3g (1/2tsp) Salt
30g (2tbsp) Unsalted butter
2. Crispy topping
60g (4tbsp) Unsalted butter
38g (5tbsp) Powdered sugar
55g (7tbsp) Cake flour
1 Egg
