I just purchased this in a search for a more affordable version of Tonka Imperiale. It’s close but not exact. It smells like a vanilla- almond rummy cake in the opening and a powdery tonka tobacco in the dry down. It’s kind of boring but promising, so I will need more time with it.
I accidentally ordered this aiming for Ambre imperial. It smells like something I know, something off to the side of my memory. Have you reached for it lately? What are your thoughts on it now? Great vid, thank you!
NavaVive it’s very unisex and I think at times almost more feminine. It does inspire nostalgia and like forgotten memories. It is really exquisite but for myself not quite as masculine or as woody as I would quite prefer. On a woman, fantastic I would imagine. Cheers!
