Look, Duki just like many other artists in this argentinian wave, came out from a series of freestyle battles called "El quinto escalon" (the fifth stair) and it took place in a park in Buenos Aires from like 2013 to 2018. It became really popular, with a lot of talented kids who used to battle there for a little money. Some of them still do freestyle battles, but many of them are artists now. The first seconds here where they say "3,2,1...Duki!" comes from one of those battles back in 2015 or so. For people here it's like a pride that these kids that came out of from the streets made their own way to this success. The producer Bizarrap (BZRP) used to attend to these battles and started his career as a producer inviting some of these people back in 2018. Now he is the most popular producer in the hispanic world. I recommend you another argentinian artist who is very good, his name is Trueno. You should listen to Dance Crip by him, you're gonna like it. And speaking about Bizarrap sessions, I recommend Snow Tha Product, it's amazing. Suscribed!
