    Thank you for this practice! I felt both stiffer and stretchier than expected :') it's easy to focus on strength training rather than full flexibility - really appreciate the long class that combined some of both!

    Very helpful video, thank you! In pigeon and splits, do you need to keep your back toes tucked under? What is the purpose of that?

      So glad you enjoyed! You don’t need to keep the toes tucked, I just find it can be helpful in squaring the hips! If you untuck the toes, just make sure to press into the toenails 😊
