The bass is strong but it does not like to push the bass to the limit. Using DTS pushes the bass to the limits and the bass is punching way harder. Dolby also makes the bass better. Btw u get Dolby free on Android so using it is a big advantage.
@@tysonbiziwick3933 I don't have much experience with IOS. After some research I found DTS and Dolby does not support Apple. Iphone users are very limited when it comes to sound. But othervise the bass is great and is on a decent level so it does not kill other tones and make it sound muted.

so, I have Tune500BT. To be honest, the sound is incredible. I never had any super expensive or studio-grade headphones. But these have perfect sound. It does have bass, but it's not just about bass. They can do bass and at the same time can play higher frequency sounds. Btw, don't try to change battery in it for different (for example an old nokia battery).

The difference in terms of bass is huge. 500BT. They're crushing the skull. 700 are balanced but bass is in good amount. They play balance. The 500BT are all too focused on bass. It made me laugh this week's comparison of both models. I checked both in shop. 500BT, you have to hear it. And survive if you can :D

If you listen to spotify, you can mess with the EQ to really boost the bass. I also bought these headphones and first they didnt sound very good, but with a bit of fiddling around they actually sound very good!

@@electricyouare2222 You can either use the EQ in Spotify, or get the JBL app which lets you set the EQ for your headphones, so not just Spotify but any audio you listen to

If you want bass from JBL you need to get JBL headphones with the "JBL Pro Sound" the Pure Bass products are their entry level products and as such aren't crazy with bass lol. What they used to do is recesse the mids and highs on their older Pure Bass products which makes the bass stand out more. However on JBL's newer Pure Bass products like the Tune 115TWS, 215TWS and 750BTNC they have more balanced sound with bass the reaches deep but doesn't overpower anything. This isn't really a bad thing.

Hi Ramon Caesar Conjugacion. The Audio cable does not have a mic, but the headphones themselves have a mic which you can use when you are on bluetooth or connected via cable. It works in both cases. Hi Sexy Gaurab. The headphones do not need to be turned on for Aux in line. You can use the Aux cable when you run out of battery. You will notice that if your headphones are on, they will automatically switch off the moment you plug in the Aux cable. I love these headphones I have them there great bass is good not outstanding like I thought it was going to be I use a jbl charge 4 speaker but the bass is still good they are pretty loud but not the loudest they sound quality is great and they do cancel noise you can’t hear everything around you but there not completely noise canceling and definitely not the best in the market but I love them

i have a problem i use this headphones for gaming and in some games let me give an example:I open google classroom and i am in a meeting and open a yt video it just stops the sound for the google classroom and with the game named Red Dead Redemtion 2 it doesnt connect and i cant use the headphones

my JBL Tune 700BT has an aux port and when i use it with aux, it works perfectly fine. but when i use bluetooth, only left side works. also the sound when u turn on or off is played only in left ear. PLEASE HELP IF ANYONE KNOWS THE SOLUTION. 😭

Thats a great question Chuck Hembree. The way i do it, on iPhone, is I have applied a Battery Widget which helps me see the battery percentage as it drains. Thx... Ive had many JBLs Good news about battery life. For the JBL 600 battery doesnt last. Over hour which is bad for i long distance run.. But the jbl 500 last long... 600 has noise cancelltion & i think thats a Battery Killer. Jbl 500 may be a better choice if it needs to be loud... & Who listens to Led Zepplin. @@teriperson9164 understand you though, it's never died on me, has a terrific battery, I use the tune 750 btnc, would not recommend. Was expecting better audio for the price, sounds horrible without ANC, mediocre bass without anc on, wasn't really impressed, feel like there should be a better alternative at that price point. could be me demanding too much.

You must use a music player that has an equalizer,l. I use poweramp on my android phone with 320 kbps bit rate or even .flac files and the soud and bass is amazing! But if you just listen RUclips music on your iphone then yeah, there will be no bass.

I used 2 JBL 500BTs and the cover at the pad always comes off. Those two covers on the side covering the adjusting pieces. This was my only problem using JBL hedphones.

If you listen to spotify, you can mess with the EQ to really boost the bass. I also bought these headphones and first they didnt sound very good, but with a bit of fiddling around they actually sound very good!

How do you set the EQ on the headphone is it an app with EQ?

If you want bass from JBL you need to get JBL headphones with the "JBL Pro Sound" the Pure Bass products are their entry level products and as such aren't crazy with bass lol. What they used to do is recesse the mids and highs on their older Pure Bass products which makes the bass stand out more. However on JBL's newer Pure Bass products like the Tune 115TWS, 215TWS and 750BTNC they have more balanced sound with bass the reaches deep but doesn't overpower anything. This isn't really a bad thing.

Does the audio cable has a built in mic?
Hi Ramon Caesar Conjugacion. The Audio cable does not have a mic, but the headphones themselves have a mic which you can use when you are on bluetooth or connected via cable. It works in both cases. I hope this helps.

As far as I know this is the model I have. There is a charging port on each headphone. Does that mean I need to charge both?

I love these headphones I have them there great bass is good not outstanding like I thought it was going to be I use a jbl charge 4 speaker but the bass is still good they are pretty loud but not the loudest they sound quality is great and they do cancel noise you can’t hear everything around you but there not completely noise canceling and definitely not the best in the market but I love them

i have a problem i use this headphones for gaming and in some games let me give an example:I open google classroom and i am in a meeting and open a yt video it just stops the sound for the google classroom and with the game named Red Dead Redemtion 2 it doesnt connect and i cant use the headphones

Hi paveen alagesan. thanks for the continued support. its not only your pair. basically the whole software gets turned off (including the microphone) the moment you connect your aux cable. you will have to rely on the controls on your source device for volume controls and pause-play.

JBL 600 battery doesnt last. Over hour which is bad for i long distance run.. But the jbl 500 last long... 600 has noise cancelltion & i think thats a Battery Killer.

I have the 500bt since 2020. The sound is preatty good but the quality is oreaty poor. There are a lot of faulty ones and mines left speaker broke.

You must use a music player that has an equalizer,l. I use poweramp on my android phone with 320 kbps bit rate or even .flac files and the soud and bass is amazing! But if you just listen RUclips music on your iphone then yeah, there will be no bass.

I used 2 JBL 500BTs and the cover at the pad always comes off. Those two covers on the side covering the adjusting pieces. This was my only problem using JBL hedphones.
